What a wonderful experience and defiantly we will be back, service and staff is beyond excellent, special thanks to Tyanna Gibson and Hanna Sorri at front desk for there hospitality.
Not much to say in here.
Everything, especially the spa facilities and staff
Paying for wifi when it's free to use at every street corner starbucks. Truly cheap. A hotel of your internatioal renown should provide its guests with high grade free to access internet. Period
Overall ambience, service, cordiality of staff superb. Location perfect.
Paying for wifi. Every street corner Starbucks has free wifi!!!! And you charge $9.95 for 24 hours. A bit mean if I'm honest and left a sour taste.
The hotel and staff were unparalleled.
Why is it that expensive hotels charge for wi-fi, while less expensive ones do not?
Great location. Beautiful bedrooms, corner suite worth the extra money. Staff very attentive and pleasant. Great food.
The staff was really great and helpful. Addressed any issues I had very promptly
Not many ammeties for the price. Wifi cut out a lot. Though I did get a refund for that when I mentioned losing concert tickets when the internet cut out repeatedly
Ambiance and service
Food, staff, room, all are very good. Good value for the money
Menu in the restaurant is poor and do not change from day to day
The hotel is gorgeous, rooms a dream. Spacious, modern elegance. Very comfortable beds and linens. Special welcome for the kids. Very close to all downtown amenities.
We were told the kids could sleep on a sofa bed in our suite, the bed was the worst mattress I have ever seen! It was very disappointing to have to try to resolve the problem when returning after a long day. I would have expected a far superior option from such an expensive hotel.
They had wonderful staff, if there were any concerns they quickly addressed my issues and were very polite. They did not hesitate to give quality service to my spouse and I, nor our visitors who came to see us. Staff were friendly and pleasant.
Ensuring they complete a thorough check before the next guest arrives.
I reserved a room with two queen beds only to be told they were sold out and was issued a room with a king. When a person specifies a particular room and is paying a great deal if money for it, they should get what they reserved.
The staff were amazing. Very professional and very accommodating.
There is nothing to not like at this hotel.
support and help of the staff, and laso the club loung
I thought that all the staff was very helpful and courteous. I realy enjoyed the way they made me feel important. The room was very comfortable and we injoyed the views. The club room was a very nice touch.
The menu was nice but a little over the top. The lamb that I ordered was cooked to perfection but a couple of veggies that are in season might be a nice choice.A couple of carrots or beans wouldn't break the bank and the coice of sides was not really appealing. We really enjoyed desert and the service was great untill a larger party arrived at witch time our waiter seemed not to remember us, We even had to ask another waitress for our bill
spa was amazing and service on conceirge level was great
All the staff were superb: very pleasant and anxious to do whatever they could to ensure that my stay was a pleasant one. I was upgraded to a corner suite, which was very nice. Large, comfortable and quiet. The hotel is just across the street from the Metro Toronto Convention Centre where the conference was held. The hotel is expensive, but, apart from the restaurant problem, it is an excellent hotel and lives up to its billing. I look forward to staying there next time that I am in Toronto.
The dining facilities are rather a mystery to me. There seems to be overlap between the various restaurants, etc., in the hotel. Who are the intended clientele? Apart from breakfast from room service, I did not find any of the menus appealing. I think that the hotel's dining needs to be completely re-designed. A fancy restaurant is fine, but probably not a big moneymaker. However, one where a decent club sandwich or a quiche and a salad can be had with a decent glass of wine or beer is much more use to those wanting lunch, and likely to be more popular as well as more profitable. How about becoming known for serving an excellent light lunch? It might even attract customers not staying in the hotel.
The staff was amazing, travelling with a small child is sometimes difficult but not at the Ritz. The way the staff was with my child was truly amazing!
The location was absolutely beautiful, and convenient. Very nice staff. The club lounge was very warm, food was great!
If u looking for detail, this Ritz is not clean as Fairmont, or other competitors, and the decoration was not fit the price level.
