The thing I like most about the ritz carlton would have to be the location and the design of the rooms, very modern and luxurious. The price was fair for a five star hotel. The breakfast buffet was very nice compare to some of the other hotels. There's not a whole lot that I don't like about this hotel because everything was up to expectations.

The Ritz-Carlton Toronto is a beautiful hotel with all of the amenities you would expect from a 5-star luxury hotel(spa, gorgeous lobby and restaurants, bathrobes, duvets, fresh fruit and Nespresso machines in the room. Our corner suite was spacious and furnished impeccably. What really sets the hotel apart is the extremely friendly, professional and accommodating staff - from the front desk to the housekeepers, everyone at the hotel was very available, incredibly warm and completely concerned with making our stay as perfect as possible. We will be back next week.

Great location and very friendly staff. Fantastic setting for breakfast overlooking the CN tower + Lake Ontario. While the buffet was excellent and well presented, the scrambled eggs were too dried, they had probably been there for too long. One would think that in-cup boiled eggs would be soft boiled... they were hard boiled instead.

Hotel confortable, bien situé en ville, Petit déjeuner (en supplément) copieux mais cher . Parking pratique mais onéreux. Chambre agréable. accueil froid , personnel impersonnel... Savoir que le SPA ferme complètement une journée dans la semaine(mardi lorsque nous y étions), donc aucun soin possible. Petit déjeuner et parking très chers.

Le service impeccable. Le personnel plus que sympathique. La propreté, le luxe! Tout en fait. Cet hôtel mérite amplement son 5 étoiles!

tout était parfait Sa localisation n'était pas idéale pour ce voyage. Nous aurions préféré la proximité du quartier de Yorkville mais il y a des taxis et cela n'enlève rien au plaisir que nous avons eu à y séjourner.
