The best thing was the location. We were a 5 Min. walk to the ACC to see a hockey game so it was great to leave the car in the parking lot. The hotel had no parking and public parking in Toronto is very expensive. However it would not keep us from coming back. We do understand ,though that for some the added cost might be too much. |

I like the location -- downtown and easily accessible. I like the price comparative to other hotels. I like the feel of the rooms including the flooring. Can't open the windows. |

It was convenient as we had a seminar at the convention centre. Our co-worker stayed at another local Hotel twice the size and only paid $79.00 / night |

It would have been OK if the price had been $75. Basic room far over-priced Room given hadn't been cleaned. Room very small. Only 2 twin beds, uncomfortable. Closet was taken up by a small dresser with TV on top. Nowhere to sit comfortably. |

The hotel can be find between the biggest buildings in Toronto and near the CN-Tower. Cleaning of the bathroom was really good, but cleaning of the bedroom could be a little bit better. |

The price and the location - only for these reasons would I recommend this hotel. No bell boy - absolutely no assistance with luggage. Breakfast room very "functional". The pub, ghastly. Sticky, dirty tables, really really poor service, no tonic water........just plain grim |

The prime location of the hotel and the general comfort of the room were great, and so was the breakfast buffet. Prompt efficient service was also appreciated. It was hard to get the heat going in the room, although I eventually figured it out. |

The location was perfect for me, very central. The room was simple but practical. The room was a little bit tight, a table would have been welcome in order to be able to work. |

The new decor is awesome. The rooms are very clean and modern and seem freshly painted. The wood floors are so much cleaner than carpet. The closets, built in lights and flat screen TV are great. Even though the room was on the small side, it was lovely. I would have preferred to have a more comfortable chair to sit in in the room itself. The room was probably too small for a second chair, or a larger chair, but one with some padding would be nice, even it's small. That way you could sit up to watch TV, instead of lie in bed. |

Everthing in walk distance. We stood in room 405. In contrast to other rooms you will not get daylight in room 405. You cannot even identify the current weather conditions and the standard contrasting the price is poor. The hotel’s presentation at bookings.com is much better than the actual comfort on site. |

Excellent location, comfortable room that looked brand new, decent-sized bathroom. Breakfast was nice. Free bottled water in room is a nice touch. No view. Noisy air-conditioning. Very small desk. No safe in room. |

The location, staff was very friendly. The first room I booked the "classic" room with two single beds was awful. Terribly cramped and stuffy. Far too small for the furniture that is in it. Smaller than my bedroom! I have never in my life seen such a small hotel room. Luckily, I was able to get a bigger room. For $30 more, we got a room 4 times the size with two queen sized beds. That is pretty ridiculous. You should state the size of the rooms on your site because if the second room wasn't available, I would have been miserable and most likely went home. They should really consider lowering the price on that room, that is a ridiculous price for a room the size of a closet! |
