To much construction in and around the hotel. No parking for the hotel property, the parking that the hotel says is close by is only accessible if you have a vehicle smaller than 1.9m in height and their is not much more parking.
There was construction noise throughout the entire night.
The room was clean and the service at the front desk was friendly and efficient.
The restaurant was not open for breakfast.
I loved the clean lines in the room- the design was fresh, modern, and relaxing. Details were considered with care, such as easy to use tv/remote and heating/ cooling fan. The big headboard was special, and the down-filled pillows. Eco-conscious efforts were appreciated, staff were lovely.
The friendy staff
The checkout being 11am..
Could have been better
Proximity to everything downtown. Value for money is good.
Renovations on-going while there. Room was Small and had to paye for Wifi (not impressed). Lots of noise from hallway, doors not well insulated for Sound. Major cold draft between desk and wall.
Everyrhing was INCREDIBLE!!! Super friendly staff. Re wifi, it made you input the code every time you turned your computer back on, and the signal was shoddy.
Clean room Excellent location in relation to Toronto Centre Airport
No noise insulation so you can hear the partying in other rooms (take ear plugs!) Room was boxy and uninspiring (ok for a night) There is no free wifi
Location, excellent price for a place to sleep
I support the bulk bottles of soaps and shampoo but they were difficult to dispense
Location was great for walking to downtown sites and shopping. It was very cosy. Staff were helpful, especially house- keeping staff. The room was clean.
The restaurant seemed to be closed. The bathroom of our room was quite small and would be hard for a big person to navigate.
the convenience of location for this economy stay is its best feature, comfortable enough for a budget stay
the temperature of my morning shower didn't quite meet expectations, but I probably wouldn't let that deter me from a future stay and what are some significant savings
easy access, good bed
bathroom is too small , with bath and toilet and very tiny sink its very crowded .... need more space for personal items to put down if doing hair, make up, etc. I did not remember that from our last visit.
Location, close to Union Station.
You have to pay for wifi.
Great location. Helpful staff.
size of the room
Room was small but very comfortable. Perfect for what we needed which was a nice place to sleep. Bed was comfy, bedding was high quality and comfortable.
Friendly staff make you feel special and I love the privacy.
Our room was clean and warm. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.
We had a problem sleeping the first night because a couple had a meeting outside our door at about 1 am. We we awaken early on Friday am by street noise.
Always a great place to stay!
Location, room' set up, small but efficient
Pad internet. It is a small amount but entering long codes per devices is very annoying.
Location was excellent. Close to cn tower, hhof, air canada center etc.
The shower took a few minutes to warm up.
I had a sleepless night You could hear the voice of the people talking with their normal tone at the corridor even the alarm clock from the adjacent room
PUT SOAP IN THE ROOMS. As much as I've stayed there, I can't figure those strange soap and shampoo dispensers. I ripped one off the wall last time, the only thing I hadn't tried. Even then I couldn't get anything out. It's crazy. Now I bring soap.
