Small room, no fridge, No free WIFI (very inconvenient). NO pool or hot tub. I was close to the elevator, heard it every time.
Location very conveniente
Rooms quite small
Location. Staff friendly and helpful.
Better quality towels without holes in them.
good location, very clean,
rooms were small, had to sign a noise and damage waiver on check but rooms not sound proof at all, hallways of hotel were kind of worn looking
Location. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful BIG bath!
Having to pay for WiFi
They paid for transportation to and from the other hotel and the accommodations
The hotel had a flood the previous evening, but did not contact me until 2 hours before my check in time to notify me that they were moving me to another hotel
The location is outstanding especially if you are travelling by train - a truly short walk from Union station. The staff are excellent, helpful and attentive.
Our lower priced room was truly tiny. The twin beds just fit and there was no room for even one chair.
That wifi is not free
Had to pay for wifi and breakfast
Great value, location and overall super nice hotel.
Booking.com did not transmit my booking to the hotel properly so they had to scramble and find me a room. Which they did in no time. Kudoos to the hotel.
I liked the bathtub and clean room.
The restaurant downstairs is expensive for breakfast and far from tasty. The bacon was undercooked, the eggs cold and the fresh fruit came in huge hunks instead of easy to eat pieces.
central to downtown helpful staff
squeaky bed fan in bathroom didn't work municipal parking not open 24 hrs
the location was great, close to every thing
Noise from outside of room sounded like an air conditioning unit running all night kept us awake
In a good location for CNT, Harbour and hop on and off Bus. Just a block away from the airport express Bus. Staff were very helpful. We would use the hotel again if we visit Toronto. There were a few good restaurants nearby. We used the breakfast in Hotel. Lots of choice. We thought price was good value for money.
Miss communication over the availability of breakfast on Thanksgiving weekend. The hotel put up notice to say closed and not available which turned out to be incorrect!! Lots of construction going on all over the city due to Pam Am games next year. This meant the Hop on Bus and Niagara Trip Bus was moved but no notices anywhere to inform travellers We were lucky the Bus driver walked to our stop to collect us all as road was closed . I am sure this will all be sorted and improved by next year.
I like the warm hospitality of the hotel crew. The room was a bit small with a small restroom but very clean and tidy. Very convenient to nearby attractions. If you want a room just for a goodnight sleep then this hotel is awsome.
I did not like paying for the wifi and replaced the wifi of the room with starbucks while having a nice cup of coffee.
This hotel is in a great area, closing walking to the Aquarium, ACC, etc. Staff was great, will return.
Wifi should be free, or included in room rate.
Beds were comfortable. Room was clean and staff were pleasant.
No chair to sit on in the room. I had room with 2 twin beds. One chambermaid ignored me when I went down the hall. The other one greeted me in a friendly way.
We were in Toronto only one night because we came to attend the opera. The hotel is reasonably priced for downtown Toronto and centrally located - we could walk to opera. The staff were very helpful. The rooms are small - think "New York" but we were not in Toronto to spend time in our room. There is a small restaurant that is attached and was handy for breakfast and lunch - it is reasonably priced.
Very wellaintained and clean
Room rather small but okay for overnight stay
Staff was excellent Location was excellent Restaurant at hotel Accommodated king bed request
Small room No soap in shower, only by sink Plastic cups - not glass in room Did not see parking charge when reservation was made
Service was friendly and very helpful. Luggage storage a huge plus. The room albeit smaller was clean and updated. Location was more than perfect. Priced very well. Clean, comfortable and very quiet.
wifi was not up to par and I believe should be free for hotel guests.
Location, especially for main train station.
To pay for WiFi. Limited facilities, e.g. no in-room safe.
A very convenient location at a reasonable cost
it seems nobody verifies if facilities are functioning properly. 1) Shower was not functional. Tried everything possible to make it work. But that did not work 2) TV also was not functional. Once switched on, it froze. The remote was useless. The only way to switch it off was to remove the plug Both problems were detected late at night.
