The hotel is situated in a good location with easy access and easy parking.The staff are friendly and efficient. I recommend this hotel. |

The staff was extremely helpful and the rooms were large and luxurious and it was the first place we'd ever found a washer and dryer in the room. The air conditioning in the room was not effective, it was reported to the hotel but the situation did not change. The weather, however, was such that the room was not uncomfortable. |

Our suite, although small, seemed spacious and comfortable. We could picture ourselves staying there for several days. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was incredibly small. |

I liked the size of the tube. The area was perfect, lots of places to eat and shop. The decor of the suite was nice. |

clean, friendly, excellent location for the the cost, room was large, nice high ceilings bed and pillow was very uncomfortable, food was insanely over priced, our room was very hot and the air conditioner/fan unit was useless |

Clean and comfortable The valet service was very poor. We waited for over 1 hour for them to get our car and ended up missing a lunch date. Very unhappy! |

The staff were friendly and efficient. There was a problem with the bathroom and there was someone at the room within a few minutes to fix it. The central location is excellent with direct access to underground shopping and the subway. |

Stayed there before and like te space you have - the suits have good working space, kitchen area with frideg oven hob etc and comfortable bed area. Great location, surrounded by good cafes and restaurants and easy walk to Eaton Centre shopping Some of the suites are private owned and 3am on my first night the owners next door decided to refurbish their bathroom! A quick word with reception next day however and it didnt happen again |

Great location, quite luxurious. Heat didn't work in first room. Had to move, with no help, to another. Difficulty keeping the new room warm. Everything modern except old windows which let in the cold air and street noise. |

Location, price and excellent accommodation All the pillows were a very firm foam - very hard -a choice that would include a softer polyester pillow would have been appreciated. Some of the Holiday Inns in the USA offer firm and soft pillows in their rooms and are so indicated on the appropriate pillowcase. |
