One King West Hotel and Residence1 King Street West, M5H 1A1 Toronto (Show map)
Very good,
Score from 280 reviews
“ If the room had a stove, it would be a fully equipped apartment. I have never seen that in a hotel before, and was extremely pleased with the location (proximity to points of interest), and the 31st floor gave a fantastic vantage point of the city. ”

The check in people were very relaxed and helpful. We arrived late in the evneing and when they saw I had my 18 year old with me they found a room with two double beds for us instead of the large king we had booked for the special rate. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable ( especially the beds). The gentleman who was working at the concierge desk was very helpful and friendly. Much more approachable than most big city hotels. All round great experience. We will stay at 1 King West again because of our positive experience.

Very good value for money, calm room, comfortable bed, great location right on subway line The internet in the room had some issues, but that might have just been for me that day and instead of escalating I just went to the lobby.

Beds were very comfortable. Its location was good for what we had planned. The pool area was closed. Even if it was open it is not designed for children. This hotel is not designed for children.

The guest room was very spacious and clean. My wife and I stayed for 6 days and we enjoyed having a kitchen, washing machine, dryer and dish washer. We also enjoyed the extra room where we could sit at a desk and work on our computer with internet access. Underground access to all the shops and food markets. We will definitely stay at the One King West Hotel again when we visit Toronto.

Lindsay and the young man on duty at the desk yesterday (sunday) afternoon upon c/out. Not so much the young lady she was working along side. Hotel 101, "I can't" isn't an answer...also, she's not very pleasant :(. Well, maybe she was having a bad day..we've all been there but not a good reason...your guests have problems as well See above; young lady at front desk yesterday (Sun afternoon)...not pleasant :(

One King West gives an air of refinement that we had no right to expect for the price paid. Top notch staff and facilities, and the accomodations for oversized vehicles was very much appreciated. I will be back for sure

Clean and comfortable beds. The WiFi was very ordinary and will not stay there again based on the poor communication with my I phone. Air conditioning was noisy.

Beds were very comfortable, bedding was warm. We could open our window!!!! Very convenient location for us. On website garage was quoted at $30 and was $40. Only had towels for two but four were in room. Breakfast was too expensive.

location bed was not that comfortable, the view was not perfect for bed location, and there was no dining table even if it was a small one , since there is a kitchenete, there should be a small table to eat on and at least two chairs

This is my second stay at One King West Hotel & Residence in 6 months which is already proof that I enjoyed my experience there the first time..Check in was pleasant and prompt and my request for a room on a high level was acceded to..And what an amazing room it was! It looked out to the major bank buildings which was quite a pretty sight during sunset and when night fell..The bed and duvet were extra comfy and the paintings and mirrored closets in the room contributed to the overall chic decor..The cool ktichen facilities made me want to stay for a week and use them rather than just the one night. But then , all kinds of restaurants were within a short walking distance to the hotel so you didn't even have to cook anything for yourself! Yet another pleasant stay.. Will highly recommend it to travellers and locals alike for its comfort and price..

The bed, It was dirty. Both my coffee cups were actually used and upside down on the counter like they were ready to go. Stains on carpets. The television must have been 20 yrs old. The "suit" was a bachelor pad. No seperate rooms basically a hotel room with a kitchen.
