Had to phone twice for a coffee maker and finally go down to the front desk to again ask for a coffee maker. Asked for a paper in am but had to go down to front desk to get it.

Chosen for its proximity to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, it was good value for the location. The room was large enough and designed well. Although we were not looking for them, it came equipped with a Fridge, Stove and Microwave. A Dishwasher, Washer and Dryer was also tucked neatly under a sink. The Hotel, just off Yonge Street linked to the underground path and Subway right below the building. The Hotel could look into upgrading the Furniture and Television since it would add to the feel of the room even if not used. The Washroom was fairly small compared to other Hotels.

Generally, a very nice hotel. I was impressed with the staff efficiency. I'd stay there again. I wish there were more non-dairy options in the breakfast buffet. I am vegan, so my cereal was a bit dry :)

The view of the city was really very nice. First we arrived at 6pm to check-in and was told that our room had not been clear yet and was ask if we can come back in an hour. Told them no that I wanted to check-in now and considering that their check-in time started at 3pm I don't understand why the room was not ready. Was told they will find something right a way. That still took a half an hour. The room was okay but the bathroom was very unimpressive. Older space with cheap cosmetic upgrades to try and hide that fact. The hotel was quite noisy and you could hear every conversation that walked past the door. One other odd thing, the beverage vending machines were only on the 12th floor. Not on every order every-other floor. So after taking the trip down from the 31st floor I was surprised to see only one beverage machine and one snack machine. After putting in my money I discovered that the beverage machine was empty on all sections. So if you think that you might possibly want a drink when staying at this hotel is suggest you bring your own or you will walk the half block to the convince store.

It was an amazing surprise. The room was excellent and had an awesome view. Room 3010. Loved it. I'd come back here in a heartbeat. Classy is how I felt. My computer got a virus while hooked up to your Ethernet. Probably coincidental. But this is 2012...you should have wireless.

I enjoyed having the kitchenette and washer/dryer for the one week stay. Good value for a suite, Room and furnishings looking very tired. Haven't seen big TV's in a long time! The bathtub drain was very slow, and having asked 3x, never did get cleared. Yucky.

For the price that I paid, I liked the accomodations. Namely, the high ceilings, design and amenities within the room (i.e. fridge, kitchenette) The vending machine was sold out of water for the entire 3 nights I stayed at the hotel

I enjoyed the atmosphere at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel architecture was quite amazing as well as the tour of the bank vault in the basement. During my conference the meeting rooms were spacious and quite temperate. I did not like the cost of the breakfast my first morning - the quality and amount was anything but fulfilling.

I really enjoyed the Suite I was in along with the assistance. Other than that my stay was also great due to the location. I didn't really have any dislikes I just wished they had a bigger fitness room with more equipment.

This place was the worst managed by snotty young people under the age of thirty, who truly seem unable to grasp that mustakes get made and to shut people down rather than try to help may not be smart. Safe didnt work, used newspaper as doorstop,no batte ries in phones. No wifi.no workers in uniforms,no soap nit one tiny box to fo kaundry 2glasses plates etc fridge on counter dishes too high up. No extra bkankets or pillows, no bathrobes

Location was excellent, acted as a great base from which to explore the city, very easy to navigate from. Room was a good size for a studio. Room could have been cleaned to a higher standard. Although the bed was made, bin emptied and towels replaced, it was obvious the room had not been hoovered and the sink not cleaned in the bathroom. Would have liked a bath as well as a shower in the bathroom.

The room was clean, and having the washer and dryer was fantastic. The hotel was close to shops and major attractions. The room design was unusual eg kitchen facilities but nowhere to sit and eat. A couch would have been good. All of the staff were excellent except the bar staff who were unfriendly.
