One King West Hotel and Residence    

We enjoyed our stay at One King West. It is well located and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. It was clean, and the staff was courteous. Problem is, there is no free internet. I don't want to go the lobby to get wifi. Much as we I liked the hotel, the wifi issue would be a deal breaker for my next stay in Toronto.

Clean, well maintained, nicely decorated, nicely equipped suites with granite kitchenette , washer and dryer. Great location.

The only detractor was they are still using the old tube televisions which I do not believe Ive come across in a 4 or 5 star hotel in the past 10 years. Impossible to connect to a macbook or mobile device with these old relics.

Very clean comfortable and quiet. Loads of space in the room. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Location was perfect for the theatre district and dining.

Hotel was fairly expensive and on top of that I had to pay for overnight parking.

Hotel location is convenient, through the subway and underground mall，

The mini-apartment "feel" to the room and the extremely convenient and well stocked kitchenette. The Bath and Body Works toiletries were also a bonus. The room was very clean and elegant. The hotel is also directly across the street from King subway station.

liked the space in the room, the facilities - washer dryer dishwasher. The room was large and comfortable and the hotel has direct access to 'the path' for ease of access to shops etc. Good value for money, we only had light lunch/ snacks at the bar but this was a good value for money and tasted good. local area was far enough away from the major construction in the city to stop it impacting on our break.

The towels were a bit old and thin. While our room was great it did not have direct day-light but you could step out into an internal 'courtyard' for some daylight.

Location was fantasitic, close to water front, shopping and restaurants; everything I was looking for.

I didn't like that fact that it cost $40/night for a vehicle. I drove 22 hours to Florida in March and stayed at a more lavish hotel for slightly cheaper with no charge for a vehicle. Toronto hotels needs to start keeping this in mind and it might attract a few more travellers, I would even be willing to pay more if it wasn't for the vehicle charge!

I'd liked everything about this hotel. Very roomy, this is now my favorite hotel

The check in people were very relaxed and helpful.We arrived late in the evneing and when they saw I had my 18 year old with me they found a room with two double beds for us instead of the large king we had booked for the special rate. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable ( especially the beds). The gentleman who was working at the concierge desk was very helpful and friendly. Much more approachable than most big city hotels. All round great experience. We will stay at 1 King West again because of our positive experience.

Very good value for money, calm room, comfortable bed, great location right on subway line

The internet in the room had some issues, but that might have just been for me that day and instead of escalating I just went to the lobby.

Beds were very comfortable. Its location was good for what we had planned.

The pool area was closed. Even if it was open it is not designed for children. This hotel is not designed for children.

The guest room was very spacious and clean. My wife and I stayed for 6 days and we enjoyed having a kitchen, washing machine, dryer and dish washer. We also enjoyed the extra room where we could sit at a desk and work on our computer with internet access. Underground access to all the shops and food markets. We will definitely stay at the One King West Hotel again when we visit Toronto.
