Location.

No spare towels in the room. We only had two towels. No spare pillows in room. No spare blankets in room. We were booked into a king bed and our room had two double beds. All in all, very disappointed for money spent.

Very nice hotel right in the heart of Edmonton, the chop restaraunt was very good, with very friendly staff, all in all, pleasant stay, would recommend to others, thanks for keeping a clean hotel.

Just the staffing on the front desk not too friendly, and wasn't happy about them taking almost eight hundred dollars, from my credit card, even though was returned, and the parking charges 26:00 dollars per night!!

I booked a king room and when I got there they had given away my room. Yes I was given a discounted rate on a double queen bed room but I won't be staying there again unless I have no other choice.

No breakfast included in the price.

lobby is shabby looking and not real clean. The room we had was old and tired. In need of an update. No gift shop/convenience store on the property.

Swimming poor and hottub .

The Chop restaurant is a nice added touch.

No Starbucks and no gift shop open yet.

I stayed in a deluxe king room but it wasn't any better than a regular king room at your average holiday inn. I thought this hotel was supposed to be a little more high class. Also the room didn't have a refrigerator, you would think one of those would be in a deluxe room.

Room was not clean and the linens were dreadful - the staff were matter of fact and did little to make me feel welcome. I will never stay there again and I will be sure to post a travel advisory to ensure others are aware of your poor service

Them asking me to purchase toothpaste!!! It is complimentary in nearly all 4 star hotels

The pool on the 26th floor was very cool.

there is no free parking for hotel guests..had to pay $ 23.00 more..on booking.com says private parking available for $ 15.00 more...

The room accomodations were very nice and the bed very comfortable. Front Desk Staff was OUTSTANDING!

The interior of the lobby were very dark and depressingly dated. I could tell that some work was being done to add the Chop steakhouse which will be very a modern contrast to the lobbys stale look. I was very dissapointed in the business center or the attempt at one that you have in the lobby. A broken computer that cant even work long enough to connect to print your boarding pass(FAIL!) I typically stay at Marriott properties because they are consistent, interiors are updated, and above all I can count on a business center that has working computers and printers to stay productive while on the road.

Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Beds were comfortable. Good location for downtown.

Cleanliness of rooms was poor-dirty under beds. Hotel and rooms were dated-not like photos of hotel. Mold in bathrooms and poor water pressure. Hotel parking was expensive and not included in price of room.

Only spent one night, but appreciated generous room size and bathroom. Breakfast was fine, but the room a little dark ! I would certainly stay there again if the opportunity arose.

As above, breakfast room a little dark ! But they were renovating the restaurant so maybe this is not the usual breakfast venue.

I didn't book directly with the sutton place I book with booking.com they offer things that The Sutton didn't even have they said I could get a king Size room with pull out sofa And I had to take a diffrent room Because there is No king size with pull out sofa

Everything else -- The room was not clean -hair on the floor and in the tub of the bathroom, the front desk does not pick the phone, and house keeping never retruned the call for a registered message. Barely a two star

Need is a convenient breakfast resaurant.

The location was good and parking facilities were great.

The decor needs updating, the curtains needed repair, hemming and new hooks. Bathroom was grungy and dirty. The hotel lobby was under repair due to new restaurant building, the cost should have reflected this in a % discount.
