People on front desk and concierge were all very pleasant and helpful. The room was lovely - spacious and comfortable. We found it odd in such a beautiful room that there was no coffee maker. |

We thought the concierge desk guys were really on top of their game. The best we have seen. Efficient, extremely helpful, spot on with recommendations... the best! We didnt like the view out of our window... dirty roof tops and chimney's, etc. Also, the music from the wedding in the hotel pounded thru to our 4th floor room and was still going strong after midnight. The hotel did ask them to turn the bass down when we complained and they gave us free parking for our disrupted sleep. |

A very comfortable well equipped room, welcoming courteous and helpful professional staff, and and very conveniently located in the center of the city. I particularly liked the ambiance of the bar off the dining room for informal business entertainment. I had no problems whatsoever during my stay. |

The Sutton was a great place to stay in Vancouver - mainly because of the location. We had shopping in mind and being so close to Robson was ideal. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. We were there on a warm weekend and the AC in the room was awesome. |

Un très bel hotel avec des chambres bien équipées et du personnel très efficaces et amical. Accès à l'internet était très cher ($15/jour) et il n'y avait pas d'ordinateur gratuit disponible comme dans d'autres hôtels de ce type. (En fait j'ai utilisé l'ordinateur dans l'hôtel Renaissance. Les ordinateurs dans le centre d'affaires au Sutton Place étaient payant. Typiquement, le WiFi est gratuit dans les hôtels mois chers. |

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre de Vancouver, service impeccable, confortable et chambre a la hauteur du prix payé. Le prix afficher ne mentionne pas les diverses taxes qui viennent s'ajouter au prix de la chambre (environ 30 CAD par nuit dans mon cas) |
