The Sutton Place Hotel Vancouver    

we loved the staff how they sincerely seemed happy to see us and the hotel itself.

we really dislike the (believe it or not ) the TV remotes. In actual fact we may not re-visit for that reason. We enjoy laying in bed and watching a bit of tv. We have complained before, however no changes. So.....

loved the location and the ease with checking in, checking out.

The hotel lobby & room were both beautiful. The room was very quiet & we were exceedingly comfortable.

I'm from Vancouver, but back visiting so know the area very well. Have stayed here before - it's a great location, very comfortable rooms, well priced for a good hotel in the area, easy to drive/park.

Very comfortable, the staff very friendly, umbrella use complimentary.

Internet service very poor, no kettle to make a cup of tea.

The main entrance, restaurant and lounge. Also, the doormen be spoke luxury. Great location in downtown and close to all the amenities.

The bathrooms, doors to the hotel rooms, etc. appeared out dated and needing some maintenance. What could be a rival for the Hotel Vancouver; logically is more reasonably priced.

Price on booking.com can be very good for such a nice hotel in the heart of the action downtown - if you don't need Four Seasons luxury and really don't want to pay that much the Sutton would keep you happy. Very attractive lobby at christmastime with trees and the smell of crepes. All staff very friendly and professional

Could have been clearer when booking in that the daily parking fee was extra. Changing room / pool area access is a bit 80s, could use a reno.

That the parking was an extra $39 !! It should have been included in the room so I was forced to find street parking ...

The staff - always friendly and willing to assist - without asking.

The hotel was beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. It was centrally located for a downtown shopping trip and was clean, quiet and very comfortable.

We always knew we could count on the Sutton Place to provide premium service but this time we had the biggest surprise ever. Upon arrival we were informed that we were upgrade and OMG were we ever upgraded. We loved our suite and were able to entertain our friends from Vancouver rather than visit in their tiny apartment. The evening was magnificent and we celebrated a birthday and farewell party in style. Thank you!!!!

We mentioned that we were celebrating our 32 Wedding Anniversary when we booked our stay.. We were so suprized and touched to find in our room a plate with 4 chocolate dipped strawberries on it and the words happy anniversary written in chocolate on the plate. We truely enjoyed our stay and would recomment it to everyone we know.

The inhouse laundry is a big plus fr travellers

One of those rare places, where everything you wish for actualy happens, before you even think of it: top notch, the most efficient and helpful service one could wish for, a staff, that clearly enjoys making your stay the most comfortable as possible.

The look and decor of the lobby and guest rooms. Fitness facility is equipped very well.
