we were able to park in a disabled parking spot but the doors close to that space were locked at 8 pm
The girls on the desk were snooty. The guys were okay. My wife noticed the same. It was a put off.
Large rooms and amazing view, love the balcony and the decor.
There's no pool and when we ordered chocolate strawberries they did not come, we had to re order.
Loved the quaint, romantic room and the beautiful, waterfront location. The restaurant was perfect and the staff were helpful and discreet.
Very sadly, we did not sleep well as the King mattress sagged towards the middle. I am surprised that such a high quality hotel would have such poor mattresses.
Well located with harbour views, helpful staff and a relaxed atmosphere. (We stayed 9 nights in a two bedroom un-refurbished suite and didn't appreciate until we checked out that we could have upgraded to a deluxe suite).
We had a fully functioning kitchen, but no kitchen utensils to cook with (so we ate out instead). The large balcony was furnished with a table & 3 chairs, but we couldn't use this area because it hadn't been cleaned for a considerable time.
Check Port Hotel, Port Credit for lower rates.
Large, very comfortable 1 bedroom suite, Harbour view, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. Excellent restaurant. Cheap parking
The maid service was very good. Replaced coffee and tea without being asked. All staff was very nice..
It would have been nice to have a kitchen towel to dry our hands on. I used a bath hand towel.
To what end a bathroom with gold taps, when the bed squeaks?
close to restaurants and shops! Good place to spend an anniversary
water did not drain while taking shower. I advised front desk (Ben) and issue was never addressed and corrected1
amazing property in every way.
Although we only stayed one night we found the staff to be excellent & answered our question's with courtesy. A little hard of hearing & thought staff had said parking was $7.00 but would give us a parking pass to park in the Marina parking area, & didn't think we had to pay. Staff in the morning informed us that we owed money for the parking & after we spoke about thinking it was free this gentleman waived the fees & hotel would look after it. On behalf of both my wife & myself we would like to thank the staff member & hotel for absorbing this cost. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.
Although hotel paid for parking for which we are grateful, i personally do not like paying for parking while staying at any hotel considering the price you pay to stay.Sure i am not the only one who thinks this way.
We stayed Friday night and our $200 queen suite was on second floor directly above a wedding reception. Blasting music until 1 am.
Convenient location near family
location comfortable clean large
not enough supplies in kitchen needed pots and pans no paper towels air conditioning too cold no remote control for tv in bedroom
Very comfortable and clean hotel, perfect for its location to Port Credit and access to Toronto.
Extremely poor WiFi and internet access. I was staying there on business and struggled with WiFi access from my room as none of my devices (laptop, phone, tablet etc) stayed connected had to fully log on with user credentials every 2-3 minutes. When using the cable access port available in the room email, browser and other applications to the internet regularly timed out. Very poor network and internet access for a hotel of this quality. There is no excuse with today's technology for poorly performing access to the internet. I have stayed in budget hotels with better free internet access.
Rooms were spacious but no balcony or eating area as chosen.
Staff place us directly over the ballroom during a wedding event that we were not attending... Wouldn't have minded if they ha informed us ahead of time or even better had given us a room higher up so the children could sleep...
Nice room dimension
Internet in the room wasn't working... Quilt had yellow spots on it
Room size and comfort.
Spacious rooms. Very comfortable and clean. Comfortable beds and linens and a full kitchen! Perfect location in Port Credit. Excellent room service.
Somewhat difficult to unload luggage given that the entrance is not directly in front of the hotel. Staff does not usually offer assistance.
location was excellent witha view of the lake and the creek from our room.when wwe asked for all the flaws listed they dealt with them promptly and cheerfully.
no pots and pans, slider windows so dirty you couldn't see out .only 2plates,only one chair to sit on to eat at the counter
Everything that could be needed was available.
Great location. Close to restaruants walking distance
Rained every day and no umbrellas available at front desk.
Clean, quite and very comfortable hotel. Will stay here again.
Thanks for upgrading our room, it was a pleasant surprise!
