The Westin Bayshore Vancouver    

Ce séjour me laisse le sentiment désagréable d'être considéré en permanence comme une carte de crédit ambulante et non comme un client normal. Le prix des chambres peut sembler attractif mais en fait, une fois arrivé à l'hôtel, tout se paie et tout se paye cher : 30 $ un petit déjeuner, 15 $ par jour pour une connexion internet, etc. Sans compter qu'ils ne mettent pas à disposition de leurs clients un shuttle pour se rendre à l'aéroport comme cela se fait dans tous les hôtels de cette catégorie (compter environ 80 $ de plus pour un a/r à l'aéroport). Mauvaise expérience, je ne la renouvellerai pas.

Bien situé dans un coin + tranquille de la ville près de Stanley park et de la rue Robson. Près d'une marina et la vue est spectaculaire. Personnel attentionné et serviable.

I was booked in a room that had a bad view even though I paid for a view of the bay. I requested a room with a better view and they complied. Hotel needs to review and re-consider the actual view / from what they are advertizing.

I loved the view looking west. That the concierge arranged for a complimentary appetizer to be delivered to our table at the restaurant nearby where I asked the concierge to book a reservation for us.

Not enough vegan choices in the one restaurant that was open.

Exceptionally comfortable and well designed rooms, quick and efficient lifts (no waiting around for lifts), great restaurant with a range of delicious and healthful items and excellent location. Spa is brilliant - highly recommend!

Quiet, good service, air of staff competance

The location was perfect. Great views of the harbor, mountains, and beautiful Stanley Park.

I don't think the room was value for money - $250 per night seemed very steep for the room we received.

The location is perfect for the seawall and Stanley Park. It is on the harbour and there are quite a few good restaurants around. We stayed there because of the proximity to Stanley Park and the seawall trails. The food was very good in the hotel and the service was also very good. When the bed was too high for my disabled husband to get into, they came and removed the frame so he could get in it. The bed was very comfortable. French balcony with skliding doors looking onto the harbour.

Paying for the internet connection. This is usually free. I elected to do without the connection. We also found that to park for $36 a day was rather high compared to other places we have stayed. One has to keep in mind that this is a high end hotel, so probably it is a fair price. We are seniors and this was a treat so we just knew about the cost before we booked.

Marvelous place, location, service. Everything was perfect!

The room with view on the harbour is really great. Hotel is well located, easy to walk to Stanley park and downtown.

This hotel was in a perfect location.close to Stanley park,shopping and float plane terminal.the staff were very friendly and helpful and my room had the most amazing view,it was very spacious,clean and comfortable.i travelled with my elderly parents and my 12 year old daughter.i would definitely stay Here again and recommend it to all ages.

The price for the rooms, and the cost of the restaraunt!!

Its proximity to the city and downtown areas is perfect for walking to. The bike rentals are near and were perfect for riding the whole circle around the city.

Location

Room was not clean, coffee pot dirty, a/c didn't cool room enough, I had emailed the hotel when I booked it telling them it was my 50th and my husband's 60th and no mention of it from check in staff.....even when I mentioned it to him, he did nothing.....no amenity to the room. We travelled for 2weeks in Canada and this was one of 4 hotels we stayed in and the only one who did not acknowledge our bays and staff just didn't seem to care with the exception of the valet person who assisted us.

Disappointed after check in delivering my whole group/family and paid +2000$ in rooms and asked for a parking for just 2 hours so I could have lunch at Carderos rest before driving out of town again and was charged 29$ for this (just out of principle being a very regular guest at this hotel)
