The professional and polite staff of the hotel. Attractive and delicious breakfast buffet. Comfortable beds and shower. Starting at 3:00 pm the 24-h-Airport-Shuttle is just available on request, which has been not announced by the hotel. So we stood for 45 min. in vain at the shuttle bus station, where the 24-h-Service has been announced! |

Lovely big room, very clean. Courtesy bus picked us up from airport in minutes. Staff very helpful. Good breakfast. |

The hotel was beautifully designed and extremely inviting. The rooms were very nice and the heavenly bed is to die for - best feature. Loved the leaf shaped bathroom soap. We were not able to eat in the restaurant - hours were posted but it was not open. We wanted to get an early dinner before going to theatre but restaurant was not open when it said it would be. It also closed what we felt was early for a friday night. We wanted to eat in hotel but could not. Would recommend it stay open longer on weekends. heard other guests rave about the food |

As I stayed only the one night it would not be enough time to remark on.We chose the Bristol as we have stayed there before and know the hotel and it`s amenities. |

Very close to airport. Big and confortable rooms. Front desk with very friendly staff. My booking.com reservation was not in the hotel system. It was not a big issue because hotel made the same rates. |
