The Westin Wall Centre Vancouver Airport    

Valet Parking was offered, but no valet was on hand. Still, self- parking was easy enough, though $19 was unexpected, and a little on the high side.

The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. I was really pleased with the staff and the overall experience with this hotel. A big bonus is that The Wall is located about kilometer from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I wasn't impressed with the breakfast at the restaurant. Good service but food wasn't the grteatest.

Room is very neat tidy, clean and modern, extremely comfortable bed smells fresh and beautiful ambiance we realy enjoy staying in this hotel I will definitely recommend this place.

Modern design, great view.

Pool/spa was a disappointment. Small pool and hot tub, inconvenient to access from hotel room.

It was very conveniently located near the airport with a shuttle service. The room was excellent, spacious with all the necessary amenities.

The traffic noise, especially due to the train tracks.

All hotels I stay at would not charge for wifi service. Room telephone did not work and they could not repair it during my stay.

The room was excellent. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the duvets and sheets very nice. The bathroom was great - nice deep soaker tub, separate shower. It was also incredibly quiet for being near the airport.

The service at the front desk was terrible when we checked in. It was late at night, the kids (7, 5, and 1) were tired, and I had to stand there for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. Also, my husband was trying to bring in the luggage (a large amount), and no one offered to help, or even simply hold the door for him.

Starbucks does NOT mean good coffee; the brown water (from the Fraser River ?) out of the room coffee machine does NOT qualify as coffee and you should be ashamed of it.

Very comfortable en clean hotel and rooms. Personnel is very friendly and offers a great service. Very convienent for business. Easy and quick to go by train to citycenter and waterfront. Station on 10 min work. Ood price/performance ratio

Airport shuttle bus didn't show up on arrival. We had to take taxi to hotel. Hotel is in the middle of an "industrial" business area.

I didnt like that booking.com charged me 139 a night and I learned hotel rate at check in was only119 a night. Booking.com charged 20 more for a standard King room, this doesnt seem right.

I really enjoy the ambience of the hotel. Its very sleek modern relax style. Overall very please with the experience.
