Staff were friendly and the hotel is dog friendly subway on the end off the hotel . Price is reasonable and was pretty quiet.
Bed is very hard guess you get what you pay for.
Location too close to a busy highway with poor sound insulation.
The sheets were stained yellow and had blood spots on the bed spread. The couch was covered in food crumbs. Will not stay there again.
The beds sucked
It was clean and had a blow dryer and coffee maker.
It was dark when I arrived and my room was around the side so I felt a bit unsafe. I wasn't sure the lock on my door was substantial enough. It's old and very basic.
Lay out of the room. Time restrictions on swimming pool & sauna use.
Coffee maker was not cleaned. Still had previous peoples coffee in it. Gross
Poor quality rooms, noisy air conditioning
Visiting in the Girlfriends Home Town.
WHERE DO I START. Booked through ''BOOKING.COM'' for the last Three years to this Establishment.Last Year they Double charged me(paid cash then charged my credit card). When this was brought to their attention, they assured me this would be rectified. After numerous e-mails and phone calls they rushed the credit card repayment right out.It only took from July26 tillSept.09. This year booked on the consideration there would be SOME compensation however there was none.MANAGEMENT( if you can call it that) was unsympathetic to the previous booking and would not budge. As a matter of fact, they were rude, condescending and down right snotty.Well why not as "WE ARE FULLY BOOKED'.As a result of our back and forth negotiations we received an overflow room on the top floor,at the back, furthest room from the lobby.Upon entering we found this was BY FAR the worst room we had ever stayed in in this town. There was pet soiled carpet(dog) the smell of urine(cat) Three out of five burned out light bulbs in the vanity, dirty walls by the mini frdge and to top it off poor sanitation of the toilet/tub(hair).The Management was unhelpfull with the Wi-Fi,told me it was my computer that was the problem( travelled from Edmonton, calgary, banff, points west and never had a proplem). In the morning there was no one on the Front Desk so we had to wait until 8:00am to pay them.I'LL BE DAMNED If I Let THEM charge my credit card again.Even then in the Morning I was Met By a Puffy eyed Steely Glare. Won't Be Back. Don't Say Here. Management needs a Customer Relations Seminar.
Wifi connection is very good.
Elc plug is just one ? Coffee, hair dryer, iPhone charge etc... We need a more plug.
Discount at Subway in the same building of the hotel.
The beds were very comfortable, the staff was nice and the hotel is in a good location.
Check-in was not until 4 o'clock in the afternoon. The hotel toilet wasn't fastened tightly to the floor, the carpet was dirty or just stained and the guests above our room partied until 5 or 6 in the morning. Not sound proof at all. Needless to say we checked out before 8 am.
Staff was great. Very helpful.
Air conditioner didn't work. Water under the tub.
Beds were comfortable. Good location Served its purpose (one night stop) but wouldn't want to stay for extended period of time
No extra plug-ins Room was very outdated, exposed wires, peeling paint. Pool looked a little rough. Wi-fi was very spotty
clean, comfortable, close to restaurants, easy to find
unreasonable 4:oo pm check-in time
Good value for the money Clean and well-kept
Front desk staff unsmiling and glum, seemed disinterested in being helpful and pleasant
the location of the hotel was good I like that the hotel chain is pet friendly
cleanliness of the room was disappointing
Wifi is weak, you can hear people talking, cars passing by staff not friendly,
For the price it was a fine place to stay.
Great space in the room for our family of five.
Great Little motel. Nice swimming pool, hot tub etc. beautiful scenery,
Flintstone beds hard as rock. Pillows came in second.
close to town and highway, separate entrance so good for brining mountain bikes into the room, within walking distance to some of Fernie's great restaurants
did not use fitted sheets on the beds lots of traffic noise air conditioner was located high up over the door so was hard to adjust the level
Convenient location on the main highway through town. A five minute walk to downtown for restaurants and shopping.
