Shower and sink could use a little updating.

Close in town. The staff was very helpful when I pointed out that the room they put us in initially was not the Jr. Executive room I had reserved with Booking.com. I was changed the full rate for a lesser room that first night and no credit was offered but they did move our things while were were out spending time on the town.

The initial room we were put in had seen it's better days. The new vanity was installed way to low. The walls have been patch many times. When we were finally moved to our correct Jr. Executive room the next day. The handle in the second bath tub hot water was broken off, there was no heating ability for the living room part except for what flowed from the bedroom PTAC.

The front desk lady was very pleasant , comfortable beds, nice and quiet. Nice furniture and set up!

Carpets weren't real clean and bed spreads had some marks , but overall the rest was clean and quite new.

The first night was ok not great but ok the door had a piece of sweep missing on the bottom and the side seals were shot so it let a lot of cold air in to the room my feet would freeze and the top half of the room was warm. I reserved a smoking room but when i checked in i found it was non smoking carpets were not well vacuumed at all.but it was ok for being stuck in a blizzard.

I checked out the next morning and a couple hours later I call the hotel to reserve a smoking room the that night as the storm still had roads closed. when I arrived later that evening to check in again I was given the same room i had before.(non smoking) after I got in and was headed for a hot bath I found there was no soap, no towels, and no coffee or condiments in the room, the only this that got done was the bed had been made. the garbage cans were still full. I call the desk and was told she could not leave and I could come down to the office and she would give me what i needed.I had to get dressed again and walk out in the storm and go get the stuff my self. REALLY !!. I know 134 bucks is not a lot for motels these days, but I do expect some kind of consideration for the money.

Staff were friendly. The room was clean although a little crowded. The beds were comfortable.

There were no surprises other than it was better than expected!

Everything. No place to hang your clothes. Poor heating system. Door keys not functional. Small, cramped.

Showers were not water controlled, so when I showered I burnt my back a few times as the shower water gets hot and cold.

There was no place to hang our dress clothes or winter coats. Perhaps even hooks on the wall would work well.

There is no way to access this motel going north. The motel has its own little off ramp that is not marked. Drove past it several times trying to access it. Could see it jist couldn't get to it.

Sorry, but this hotel was a dive. The facelift it has been given over the old building was very superficial. Fan cover in the bathroom hanging by only 2 screws and filthy. The room heater was old and looked unsafe - I was afraid I was going to die in a fire started in my room by it. Nice big T.V. nice big bed. Could see the old brick wall behind the newer gyprock. Terrible access to this hotel. Single icy lane to get into the entrance and parking lot. Unsafe to walk anywhere around the hotel because of the single lane access. Thought I was going to get run over walking back to my hotel room after going for supper. And the price, like every other hotel in saskatoon was way, way over priced. $134 a night for a tiny room, no fitness centre, no pool, no restaurant. I was looking for some place with these amenities, but for what I paid, I felt like I should have had all these things and more. A gorgeous downtown vancouver hotel room with all these things can be had for less than $100 during the off season. Why on earth are saskatoon hotel rooms so expensive????

We could leave our car there when flying out, even though they charged us.

I wasn't sure if we should take off our boots, floor was not very clean. Staff did not know if she could call us a cab in the morning. Price did not include either leaving our car there or a cab to the airport. That was extra. WAY too expensive for what we got.
