One older child or adult is charged CAD 15.00 per night when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged CAD 25.00 per night in an extra bed.
One child under 2 years is charged CAD 25.00 per night in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

On arrival at the hotel, I inquired about a government rate as this was not an option online. The hotel staff advised me that since I booked online, that I would not qualify for the government rate. The reason that I was traveling and staying at the hotel was so I could pick up my husband who was arriving home from a 7 1/2 month tour of Afghanistan with the Canadian Military. Other military guests were not only offered government rates, but were thanked with an upgraded room. I have to share with you the disappointment and frustration that this caused. |

very nice decoration the welcoming upon my arrival was terrible. i was asked to sign a blank form in case i did not pay for a bottle of water. I felt i was accused of stealing.... Do not ask for such a form to be signed. I refused to sign this form. |

Breakfast provided each morning. Rooms were modern and clean. Ceiling was painted too dark which darkened the entire room. Room lighting was not sufficient. Air conditioner was too loud. |

The cleanliness of the rooms. The zen feel/look. The breakfast area was packed with people (which is good for hotel) but space is too tight, food area does not flow. Many back and forth trips and no space to walk between chairs......... |

We liked Times Hotel & Suites because it was a very quiet and relaxing stay for us. The hotel is just beautiful with it's modern look! The only thing we could say something negative about is the pool. It is much too small for a hotel pool. |

Reception, cleanliness, comfort of the beds The lighting is terrible. Early in the morning, it is impossible to see all the items we have to pack. Breakfast should be available as early at 6 or 6:30 a.m. This is an airport hotel. |

We wanted an affordable family trip to Quebec City. Times hotel had the best prices on the internet. The hotel was very clean, modern and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was included and they actually offered a nice selection of breakfast choices. We liked it because we could drive to old Quebec within minutes and we were also very close to Montmorency which we spend the day at having a picnic therewhich we spend the day at having a picnic there |
