location for me, close to the Airport a young male employee at the reception was super helpful he provided excellent service.

some of the staff were a bit Dry Breakfest quality is realy not good. the cleaning staff they didnt care if you put the sign of don't disturb at the door, they go in anyway

Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Room large and beds comfortable.

Too much chloren in pool, breakfast had no meats & 7$ for a shot (50ml) and 4,50$ for a reg beer... Way too much! 2-3$ a shot and 3$ a beer would be more ideal.

Clean and quiet

No coffee service in the room. The $20 amount left open on the credit card is very annoying - I'll be closely monitoring my credit card. I've staved in hotels throughout N America and Europe and never seen this before!

Excellent customer service !

Everything was excellent. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were very good and helpful. easy check in and out. location is very good particularly if you have a car, you can also enjoy the parking lot of the Hotel. Breakfast is very good. What else do you want from a hotel, this one has everything.

THe general quiet atmosphere

Staff was great, hotel was clean and well soundproofed. Free breakfast was convenient and diversified (fuits, cheese, hard boiled eggs, ...).

Room was small a bit small and lacking comodities (no sofa, no fridge, ...). Also, it's not close to the Old Quebec (15-20 min ride). Breakfast space is too small.

Found the rooms a little dark.

Not much. We needed a hotel near the airport to catch a very early 6:30 am flight but we were really disappointed with this choice.

No shuttle service at time we needed it and no offer to help us with a cab. Price included breakfast but there was no food offered at early hour we had to leave. That's understandable although surely some bagged goods or fruit could be out. A bag breakfast? Anyway, they wouldn't even make an accommodation for our missing out on these services. I asked for a coke when we checked in and learned all this, and they wouldn't even accommodate us in that way. Also did not like the room. In its stark black and white hyped up ac environment, it felt like some sort of decompression chamber coming after a glorious two weeks of nature.

breakfast was extremely poor and no restaurant! I could not find even tea. luggages do it yourself! it is like a low fare airline, i mean hotel I do not recommend it for the value of money

Courteous staff, nice size room, comfortable beds

Musty & humid in room, could not open windows for fresh air. No manual ventilation in bathroom, was unbelievably humid and hot after 2 showers (we were 4)
