Travelodge At the Falls    

Reasonable price, and helpful staff.

Very tacky location in worst part of Niagara Falls tourist area. Some people might like it but I didn't.

location. Parking.security. Room reasonably clean. Adequate towels.

street level noise. A/C noisy. Blew air in one direction. Breakfast had little selection.

Spacious room with Good Wi-Fi reception. Close to major tourist attractions.

Unusually high number of noisy and drunk fellow guests.

Hotel was in the entertainment centre it was so great to park the car and just walk where we wanted to go. So convenient.

The neighbours below us were very loud. Did not sleep well.

We enjoyed the location and the quiet for the location. It was very walker friendly.

The close proximity to all of the activities and sights from the hotel, also the price was great the room was very nice , modern comparable to the Sheraton but half the price!

There were not any rooms that sleep four with queen beds

we always like to stay at the Travel lodge when visiting our son in Buffalo, NY

Good location, very convenient. Our first night was excellent. We had no issues at all.

Our second night, Feb 20.13 there was a group of partiers in the room next door - at least 3 in the room itself, but a total of 10 at some points during the night. They were coming and going all night long, smashing beer bottles right outside our door. They piled their empties and garbage against our door. My husband saw the clerk on the desk at 3:00 A.M. and he thought he might at least do something about the noise. He saw them in the parking lot, drinking and throwing garbage around. I was woken up at least 4 times. My husband barely slept at all. Next morning my husband spoke to the clerk and he got the response "Oh yeah, I saw them out there at 3:00 in the morning, but I thought everything was fine." The least he could have done was call the police if he didn't want to deal with it himself. Even just having the police pull into the parking lot would have quieted them down. He didn't seem to care at all. We will never stay at another Travelodge and will be recommending our friends and family do not stay there either. We ended up paying $140.00 for 1 good night's sleep out of 2.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is amazing and infect the maximum points go to the location. Very clean and tidy.

Rooms should have full curtains. You can improve interior little but like the colours of doors etc. I looked at it from a designer perspective so I believe you can make it look much better. The rooms at the back look little horrifying but I believe with the use of proper lighting, flooriing and change of colours you can make it look better.

location was right in the middle of everything. walking distance to attractions. beds were comfy. room had a microwave and a fridge:)

noise from upstairs and outside. the rooms are not noise proof. also, construction started early in the morning.

Location is GREAT! Most of the staff were fantastic, courteous and lots of laughs. Clean rooms. Beds were very comfortable. We'll probably stay again next New Years'.

The man that called me to tell me my credit-card was not going through. In his words-- Your credit-card is no good. I then found out that HE was entering the wrong expiration date.

We have stayed at that hotel a number of times and like it very much. We spent New Years eve in Niagara Falls. The hotel's location to the concert at Victoria park was great. We were able to take a short walk to the party and leave our car parked in their lot.

We spent $473.00 for a two night stay, one night being New Years eve. They wanted a $150.00 deposit on top of the room rate that was refundable in 7 to 10 business days. After showing my displeasure with the policy since we had stayed there a number of times prior without damaging anything in our room, I wasn't charged the deposit but, it started our stay off on a sour note.

There was no coffee in my room when we arrived or cups. But the staff righted that immediately.

The staff were friendly and ready to please.The room was very large.I loved that there was a fridge,microwave and coffee maker.Location was great.

I loved the free parking, coupons for attractions on Clifton Hill, the location and the sie of the room, huge and comfortable!

The overnight desk worker was not helpful when we had an urgency arise

Friendly, welcoming staff. Very clean rooms even though a little past sell by date. Continental breakfast was not available so we were referred to the restaurant next door where we enjoyed a complimentary full breakfast. Excellent....
