The Novotel is a very pretty hotel and the rooms where excellent for the price. I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel restaurant, Cafe Nicole" was lovely. We had a few small problems, and the staff very efficiently and willingly solved them. Some of the rooms were a bit noisy, but that can be said for almost all hotels. They did not have a crib for us - which was a bit disappointing as they claim to be a family hotel. Apparently, they have only 2 cribs available. It may be wise for them to add a couple more to their inventory. |

The hotel is near the city center. Very comfortable bathroom as well as a comfortable bed. The breakfast is just wonderful. |

Our children enjoyed using the gym equipment and the pool (although this was fairly small). The reception staff were helpful in finding us places to eat. The location was excellent for visiting the main attractions in Toronto. |

Fabulous hotel, we have nothing but good things to say about it! Great location only 10 minutes from the Air Canada Centre, 15 mins from the CN Tower, 5 mins from the waterfront and directly opposite good restaurants and bars (no excessive noise though!). Our breakfast was included and the buffet is highly recommended, wireless internet is free and there are 2 computers for free internet access although you had to pick your time right, we didn't check out the pool but it's there if you want it. |

It is quite conveniently located near Old Town Toronto, St. Lawrence Market and the harbour. Quiet neighborhood. Free Wi-Fi, gym. Internet access at the lobby. It's away from downtown, and the nearest subway station, King, is 3 blocks away. Room doors are not sound proof, and I could hear very clearly people talking in the corridor. Old CRT TV. |

The location was excellent. Staff was very helpful and polite. This is an extremely nice hotel and I would have no problem recommending it to my friends. I would stay there again. |

The location is ideal and very close to many places of interest. The only thing is that there was no fridge. There was a mini bar but it was not to be used by customers. It had some drinks but even if you move the bottles, they are considered used. The problem is that we had kids that moved things around even if they didn't want them. However, everything else was great. |

Good location, pleasant staff, good value for money. Swimming pool and sauna facilities very small and not staffed. No instructions on where to get towels, where lockers are located and money required for lockers. |

Breakfast was good and room large and comfortable did not use facilities.Position was excellent but due to everything being closed and boarded up we were unable to utilize this position. Was there during the G20 and due to large presents of protesters outside our hotel with a large police presence we were very scared of things becoming very violent so as a result we checked out a day early and flew to Vancouver. Hotel did not give us or offer a refund or any compensation for day lost. Although we were notified the G20 was on we were assured that we would be quite safe. |

The location was convenient. Many neat restaurants around. We walked to ferries, shopping, stadium and CN needle. Parking per day was pricey at $22 and the internet in the lobby did not work well at all. It was extremely slow and froze repeatedly. That service was very frustrating. |
