The Novotel Toronto Centre  

Location was good for our purposes. The price was good, but that was only because we booked it through booking.com. The price the hotel itself quoted us was twice the price of what we ended up paying through booking.com.

The room we received was smelly and stuffy. The carpet had cigarette burns and stains, very unappealling. The room we booked was to have 2 queen beds, but was only one king bed. The room was tiny, and the view was horrid.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The localization near St. Lawrence Market and metro and train station is extremely convenient. It is near CN Tower too.

The reception is a little messy. I have left an authorization for my friend who would come later. They put the key together with my document, and when she arrived they did not let her enter the room, because thry said I did not leave an authoruzation.

More updated look than other hotels I have stayed at. Great location in downtown Toronto. It is in an area with lots of apartments and condos so there are some conveniences nearby which makes it easier for families. The area feels safe to walk around in. It is tucked just out of the way of the busiest downtown streets.

No fridges or microwaves available in any of the rooms.

Very very nice hotel for a great price with a central location!

I went to the jacuzzi and there were nail clippings of other people's toenails outside at the base of the jacuzzi and they were never cleaned or removed. Very unhygenic and th jacuzzi felt dirty with sand like particles when I arrived there sun april 22 and stayed till fri april 27. I found the rooms were fine but when I asked to have rooms cleaned it was not done till after 300 pm in the day and i stayed there for 5 nights. I found my friend got a parking ticket after it was paid for in my reservation and it was not right. i talked to the management...will not come back here.

I had such a wonderful time...from check-in to check-out everyone was helpful and friendly. Your staff is amazing...I come from a rather small town, and don't travel often. I expected a different experience from a large city and I was pleasantly surprised. I can't say enough about it. My stay was perfect.

The building itself was beautiful. The staff for the most part were exceptional. One of the housekeeping staff ran down to the lobby with a necklace I left in the room. The lobby was grand and welcoming and the underground parking was much appreciated. The location on The Esplanade could not have been better!

Updated and user friendly tvs are needed very much. Room service was pricey. The restaurant menu doesn't have much choice if you had any special dietary needs such as gluten free.

Karan at the desk, very pleasant and welcoming; nice to be able to have our bags stored while at conference. Nice pubs across from hotel also.

Our view wasn't great, but it didn't matter, as we watched people on the street anyway.

Ii liked the clean contempory look and close access to Convention Centre.

I enjoyed my stay.

The location of the Novotel Hotel is excellent. It is located near to the Union Station, to the CN Tower, EAton Center and several restaurant. The Hotel has good price. The Staff provide good service, good attention and give the right information in the right moment. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Location and the service of the Hotel Staff.

The Novotel is in a great location in Toronto and enabled me to reach all the key attractions in the city easily. However the cost of breakfast and in house movies was very high.

We needed a place to stay that was within walking distance of the Air Canada Centre. The Novotel was a short walk to the ac, had a good restaurant and bar and there were restaurants and bars right across the street as well. They also had parking right at the hotel and we were allowed to park there until midnight the next night. This meant we could check out the next day and then walk around the downtown area without having to get the car out. We found the hotel clean, comfortable, affordable and very convenient to everything we wanted to do in the city centre of Toronto. We would definitely stay there again.
