The property has a very grody feel inside as the carpets and the inside of the rooms look old. For the amount of money I paid per night it was WAY over priced.

Large rooms, nice comfortable beds, clean Bit pricey for a Novotel and the area is under re-construction at the moment so a bit noise.

Very nice facility. Room key card used to go up elevator adds security. No complaints. Got a bit lost exiting parking lot by a one-way door. Parking $ 23 but unlimited in and out for 24 hours; buffet breakfast $18 a bit much so we went to nearby restaurant..

No flat sheet on the bed, although one was provided, I didn't feel I had to make my own bed. Lack of hot water for the shower. I was there for 3 nights and each morning, the shower was luke warm at best.

Closeness to acc, Rogers Centre, as well as, the hhf. Also lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Beds were very firm. TV's could be upgraded to flat screen. The pool wasn't really small child friendly as depth was 1.5 meters everywhere.

The location was perfect for the purposes of our stay (a performance at The Sony Centre and our desire to walk around the St. Lawrence Market and its neighbourhood). There was no top sheet on the bed, just the duvet. We found this a bit odd and, with varying temperatures throughout the night, somewhat uncomfortable. Also, it is perhaps not the most hygienic situation. For the high end style of the lobby and the price of the hotel, the TV in the room was small and dated.

Hotel parking is a public parking with little surveillance. A glass was shattered even if there was nothing to steal.

Nice clean friendly hotel and the breakfast was fantastic. Great location with pubs and lovely restaurants right across the road, walking distance to most things. Not impressed that you have to pay $25 to park your car at a hotel you've paid to stay at when there is plenty of spaces available as well.
