Safety - controlled elevator access to rooms. Comfortable, cozy bed. Pleasant staff.
Only minimal bathroom supplies available. Powdered milk for tea Only styrofoam cups used for hot drinks.
This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. I do the weekend to end Women's Cancer walk and this year I encouraged other walkers to stay at this hotel. Very comfortable, staff was excellent.
I was in a great area. Lots of shops and places to eat. Beautiful building structure and good rooms. Great for families. Good window views and comfortable beds.
The rooms were a little small and a the rooms were a little pricey. Expect to spend some more money..than average 3 star hotel.
excellent location, very good hotel and very good value considering its position in Toronto, only five minute walk from train station. hotel is easy walk to everywhere that you need to visit in downtown.
Location was good for what we wanted.
Construction on roads near there made it difficult to get through on the footpath at times.
Large room and bed. Facilities great!
Slow wifi. Expensive to get to and from Airport
shower was good.
homeless out front
coffee in the rooms is poor, we always take our own there
Clean and comfortable Nice restrauant and an extensive breakfast buffet Close to city sites Staff helpful
location - close to so much, the beds - really comfortable, staff - helpful, quiet despite being on a fairly busy street
Big room, excellent bedding. Nice gym, swimming pool and jacuzzi
I liked the location, not far to the Markets or distillery district and not far to Yonge St. Lots of places to eat or drink just across the road. The rooms were comfortable.
A bit of a wait to get a table for breakfast one morning.
Enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again. Staff particularly on reception excellent and helpful.
Cleanliness. Location. Staff.
All was ok except for expensive restaurant/cafe
Not too fussy. Great Breakfast. Good open communal spaces. Helpful staff. Good sized room. Easy parking. Convenient location.
I love the location, the pool, the great beds and quietness. It is a great deal for downtown Toronto. The parking is convenient and reasonable. I have regular early appointments at St. Mikes and I can return to the hotel and swim after my appointment as check out is noon.
Well located in downtown area and close enough to walk to most places. Room was comfortable and quiet.
It was a central location close to Roger Centre as we went to watch baseball walking distance to younge street and hockey hall of fame
A lot of construction going on
The location is good, close to PATH system and a short walk to waterfront and down-town center. Clean rooms with a nice bed. Good tasting but monotonous breakfast.
Few electrical sockets. The wifi reception is decent but the speed is miserable. Works for e-mail and basic web surfing but nothing else. Exactly the same breakfast was served each morning for a week. Some variation would have been nice.
The fact I could walk outside and opposite was a street full of bars and restaurants. The market was close by and you could get around without a car
Toronto airport needs buses and trains into the city. Worse international airport for getting into and out of the city. If you rely on taxis make sure you have plenty. 90 min wait for a taxi after a long flight in unacceptable.
Easy to find, one block off Yonge and Front. Underground parking garage. 8th floor pool. Lots of great bars and restaurants and a park just a block away. Pet friendly. 20 min walk to CN Tower and the Harbour Front area. We want to thank everyone there who works so hard to make a difference with a smile.
No grassy spot behind the hotel, would be great for your pet.
Size of the king room was perfect, very clean and staff were helpful. A problem with the hair dryer was resolved in minutes. The key card system for operating the lifts gave an added sense of security as did the safe in the room. Large screen TV, close proximity to bars, restaurants and attractions like the CN tower.
Breakfast not included in room rate and seemed expensive compared to local establishments. Swimming pool requires you to change two floors down and walk up two flights.
Got a decent deal on the room since it was the end of Labor Day weekend
I know it's downtown Toronto, but $31.64 overnight parking is steep, and $2.90 + .38 HST = $3.28 for "Destination Marketing Program" is petty
Novotel is an easy walk to most attractions,Staff very welcoming & helpful.Breakfast one of the best.Room comfortable & clean
