waitress in the lounge is great. also peggy at front desk very helpful.
The location was very suitable for my needs, but that's as much positive as I can say.
The place is a dump. I'd expect quality/cleanliness at motel for perhaps $59/night. At $140/night it's outrageous and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Room service Phone staff was poor, could not understand English, mistakes made, very frustrating Slow service, but food was good
We will be back maybe help will be difrent .
Beds were comfy and the view beautiful to wake up to
Wasn't as clean, carpet seemed old,
really nothing, only location.
staff was very rude, towel bed sheets were very old, half of elevator remain out of service. Rooms were not maintained since long.
Nothing I would never come back to this hotel again
Everything it was a very bad experience I would never recommend this hotel to anyone I know
The bed was very comfortable.
It took 30 minutes to check-in as there was not enough staff. The food for our reunion included crab which was previously frozen and no taste. Breakfast buffet was cold,
Service and staff excellent
Pay for parking
coffee cups do not fit machine, coffee machine disgusting how can you advertise. No ramp signs for the disabled. sharp steps to elevator, lone hotel with no activities, why caharge a fee for facilities, bull s. charges. Choice of food limited! The only thing good was the staff, old , old money sucker not worth it
Our room was two from the end of the hall, there was a door banged at varying intervals until 3 AM, when either it stopped, or whomever was using the door realized others were trying to sleep, and closed it quieter, but, I wasn't able to sleep until it quit!
The location is good with easy access to the Don Valley Parkway. The bedding was good and the staff was helpful for our dpecial needs.
The rooms need to be renovated. The walls were marked and there were tears in the wall paper. The bathroom sinks do not hold water.
Only the location was good for me, because it was close to my meetings.
Overhaull, I don't want to write what happened there, but I don't recommend this hotel. Pictures of the hotel looks nice when you book it online. To me it was not the same especially my room. I stayed 2 days at Holiday Inn express before I arrived to Toronto Don Valley hotel .To me they were equal. Actually Holiday Inn was little better than this hotel. I won't book this hotel. I am still waiting a phone call from the manager of this hotel.
staff was rude, deceiving, obnoxious and incompetent, especially the front desk and the breakfast room!
Rooms and bathrooms are in need of an update.
Hot tub was not very hot. Pool was closed for Aqua fit.
The bed was very comfortable and the size of the room was great . The T"V" was very good. Unfortunately, we were delayed enroute and arrived late and didn't get to use the pool area.
The door to the bathroom was warped and didn't close. The bathroom is very cramped and was difficult for my husband to maneuver The marble counter was broken and jagged. The coffee for the machine is terrible .and no sugar etc We paid too much and were still charged parking on top of that. There should be better indication for the hidden driveway entrance. I had asked for a room near the elevator as my husband has a mobility problem but that is not what we got. The room number was not written clearly on the "key" and we had difficulty finding the room. Luckily a staff member was on the floor and was able to call the desk to verify the number.
Loved the location of the Hotel. This is the reason why I chose this hotel.
Wi-fi did not work. The air/ heat did not work properly in our room and it was suppose to be a renovated room which it wasn't.
Did not have refrigerator available for room when requested.
Big bed & room, nice bathroom, clean hotel.
No breakfast included, outside the center, WIFI wasn't really working. Lot of noise in the hall, doors slaming etc. High parking fees. Very unpersonal hotel, no charm, more for business I think.
Great access to uptown toronto
Room was quite dated, patio door was in very poor condition and a/c was noisy and ineffective.
The pool, the location of the hotel and the bed was comfortable.
Too much noise from people in the hallway. The balcony overlooked the Parking lot and what was possibly a tour bus started up very early in the morning. You could hear water flushing through the pipes from the room next door. Very poor sound insulationYou could hear the dog in the next room. We went to have breakfast at 10 am and the dining room was closing.
Quick efficient service. Clean room with all necessary modern appointments and terrace.
The location and upkeep of the neighborhood. Welcoming, clean lobby.
My spouse and I came to Toronto for a weekend anniversary getaway. For the cost of the hotel I was surprised how dark and dreary the hallways were. The main lobby is very welcoming....and it ended there. For the price you also had to pay for parking, the room had NO hot water (at 6:30 am when you think there would be a lot). The bathtub faucet was literally hanging off the wall and one of the glasses in the bathroom had lipstick stains on it and water marks. A little disappointing and what I would expect for a room we paid 1/4 what we did. We will not be returning to this hotel
Hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful, The food was really nice, particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Very quiet on the night. Room was standard but very clean
Limited choice of food and a little expensive. Quite far from downtown and would better for people who drive Lifts could be a little slow
