Bathroom Counters not cleaned (tooth paste marks), phone sets defective, missing bulb on bedside lamp, condom wrapper beside night table, cordless phone battery dead (1 minute).

the room, the beds with the sleep number didn't work well, the room was soo hot, and there were so many groups of teenagers hanging outside and around the building. Also the hotel is not located downtown and therefore there should be no parking fees

I like the fact that the hotel was located semi close to downtown Toronto.

I did not like that the hotel charged for parking ($8 dollars per day) while offering little amenities. In addition, the hotel was dirty and I was told that the hotel did not offer free Wi-Fi when it actually did.

Clean hotel, understanding staff and great price.

It was clean and the desk and cleaning staff were very friendy. The shower was hot and I was allowed to bring my dog along for the stay for no extra charge and no hassle.

The sleep number remote did not work in our room and our tv reception was fuzzy. Next time I would probably let the desk know so they could address these issues.

The hotel is an older property that can do with some updating. The housekeeping and cleanliness of the room however was above average and I would not hesitate to stay there again or to recommend it to my friends.

The sink in the room had a few hairline cracks and the tub had a few chips but they were very clean.

The warm front desk greeting was a very nice change. Room was excellent.

Flat screen tv with hdmi and pc inputs. Apparently the hotel tv system doesn't like you using these and it tends to automatically flip you back to the tv channels, but this is easily overcome by temporarily disconnecting their box (rj-11) from the tv.

Hot water took a long time to get close to hot. Later on this trip, I stayed in another room on a different floor and this wasn't a problem. Bathroom had poor ventilation but, in my experience, the same is true of most hotels. Ice machine on my floor was broken when I checked in, but was fixed by the following evening.

Building was clean, room was tidy. Could not get the room temperature under control. Tried to cool down with a/c with no success. Had to open drapes and window wide open to be bearable.

As my hotels experience Radisson sas one of best hotels chain around the world,and quality of service are excellent.Radisson sas one of best hotels in Toronto city.i like morning buffer breakfast and dinner in the restaurant are best.house keeping service are excellent.front office staff and reservation department are very frankly,concierge staff very help full.

Hotel service and staff....WHY....because I not feel better to departure from your hotel.i relay feel radisson sas better them my home.

The bed was very comfortable room quiet, seemed pretty clean express checkout convenient
