Radisson Hotel Toronto East  

Location....location.....location. I had to stay overnight for a doctors appt around the corner only a few blocks away. It's surrounded by restaurants, shopping, all kinds of business and right off the 401 at Victoria Park Rd one block south off Consumers Road....very, very convenient to go anywhere in the city for a late night out. Indoor pool and even pet friendly .

Well this is my 3rd stay at this particular one in Toronto and it is going through some renovations, so there is some noise during the day. My sleep bed did not work which was very bad and by the time I got to bed it was already too late to change rooms, I was too tired and sore from my treatments and had already unpacked all my things. The fan and hard bed kept me up all night , I thought someone parked a vw at the end of my bed from the noisy ac fan. No ice machine on 6th floor, it was ripped apart....something I really needed too, I don't like wandering around a hotel in my housecoat searching for ice alone. Tv was grainy, not a flat screen as I expected. I will still stay again, but not in 602 thank you.

Location right off the 401 to downtown was very handy for me. The area was surrounded by restaurants and all kinds of malls to shop at, the area was clean, very ethnic and friendly. The pool was clean and handy as was the weight room and sauna. Staff were top notch.

Children playing in the halls while I was resting.....I suppose I could of said something to the parents but what the heck , they are children bored I suppose at night burning off some energy.

Friendly,courteous staff. Clean rooms. Nice bed.

7am wake up came at 345am. Facecloth disintigrated in my hands. Too much bleach?

It was too far out of town which was not obvious when booking. The tv didnt work properly, and the receptionist gave us incorrect travel information regarding public transport so we ended up spending too much money on cabs.

hotel staff, location,price, room was very good...

Well whats no to like it was great good location for me, clean, service was great,quiet, comfortable,price was right and also all I needed was at reach and I will stay again soon

Frankly the best word I can use to describe the hotel is tired. Many of the rooms were old looking with toilets that didn't work, taps that dripped, phones that didn't work properly, stains on the rugs, fitness equipment that was out of order, tiles that were broken. The restaurant was expensive and the staff was unfriendly and difficult to get service from. We stayed there on business because it was the only hotel suggested to us that had available rooms. I would not recommend it nor would I stay there again.

The hotel is an older property that can do with some updating. The housekeeping and cleanliness of the room however was above average and I would not hesitate to stay there again or to recommend it to my friends.

The sink in the room had a few hairline cracks and the tub had a few chips but they were very clean.

The warm front desk greeting was a very nice change. Room was excellent.
