Location was 1st priority on this trip. Check in and check out very smooth. I tried to book multiple nights when making reservation. Was informed that room was not available for multiple night stay. Clerk on duty when we checked in advised that any number of nights were available but not thru the internet booking method. |

We accidentally booked the wrong hotel, but it could not have worked out better. The subway was available through the mall attached to the hotel and we did not have to walk in the rain at all. |

The room was attractive, comfortable, and clean. The staff was friendly. The daybed was very uncomfortable as a couch. Would have preferred a real couch or comfortable chair in the room. |

great view, clean environment... although the modern design of the bathroom doors are nice. They do not offer very much privacy when you need to take care of business...I had to step outside the room at 4am in the morning because my fiance really needed to take care of personal business just because the modern fancy doors for the bathroom does not offer any privacy. I asked about this at the concierge if possible i could get another room, but it turns out the whole hotel has these doors... |

I found the hotel clean, nice room. Had no prolems with the service. Car parking was good, and eaasy to get to. All in all it was a good stay. I thought for the price of this hotel room. I didn't like all of the extra charges. A bottle of water addional $4.50. In all everything was over priced. |

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Very close to the subway with easy access to downtown Toronto. In all a very good experience staying at this hotel. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful all the time, I even got the chance to have an early check-in. The buffet breakfast was really good. And, last but not least the proximity to the subway. |

Internet wi-fi gratuit. Très calme et très bonnes installations. Si l'on doit séjourner au centre de Toronto, c'est un hôtel proche de toutes commodités : shopping center, restaurants, cinémas, bars, métro... Minibar qui facture automatiquement toute marchandise soulevée... Consulter les prix avant ! |

Vennlig personale. God frokost. Greie rom med safe. Litt bedre forklaring om hvordan en kommer seg til hotellet. Problematisk å komme seg til hotellet hvis en ikke skal ta taxi fra flyplassen. Det går ikke direktebuss/undergrunn. Når hotellet bestiller drosje for deg, så blir det dyrere enn hvis en gjør det selv. Dette er IKKE bra! |

E' un albergo più indicatro ad una clientela per affari che per vacanza, però, anche se periferico dispone di una fermata della metro praticamente all'interno dell'albergo e quindi si può raggiungere il centro di Toronto in circa 25 minuti e, comunque, North York ha un suo centro abbastanza interessante. |
