Service and price
Room very hot no a/c, limited breakfast items
It was poorly maintained - only the front and side had been recently painted. Our hearts sank when we approached from the unpainted side and realised this was what we had booked. It looked tatty outside and was even more tatty inside. Sheets and towels were cleanand staff friendly but carpets were really dirty and the corridor smelled of disinfectant. if they really want the ferry customers business then they need to spend money quickly
no coffee early a.m.
the location close to the ferry
The "included " breakfast was a laugh !
Dirty, noisy , our no smoking room was smelling cigarettes... Never again !!!!
The room was neat and clean.
This was a non smoking room near the front entrance of the motel and at least twice in the night, we could smell strong cigarette smoke from those persons who were smoking and standing by that entrance. This happened both times we stayed at this motel, at the start of our journey and 2 weeks later at the end of our journey.
The motel was located well - mid-way between the train and the town.Rooms were very spacious and clean although a little tired. Bed was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful even though we were very late getting in due to delays in train schedules.
Although I like dogs, I didn't like that he was in the breakfast area - could have been awful for people with allergies.
poor condition, smelly, would not stay there again
Towels, Pillows, need replacing
the rooms have lots of space
the heater make noise.
Pet friendly Spotless
Staff knew community and how to give directions
No dining facilities
The room was clean..
Hard to find with address given and poor signing, broken down bed and no acknoledgement of our complaint. Room was very cold.
Being able to bring your pets.
Their facilities are a bit dated but it was nice overall.
This place is completely run down and desperately needs renovating. The place is dirty and needs redecorating and new furniture. A run down hostel would be the best description. don't stay here
Coming off ferry at 11 at night it was very easyto find. Check in was quick and easy
The close proximity to the ferry dock.
Location near to ferry. Large room.
Smelly room. Dingy and grim decor. Tatty and desperately in need of updating. Laughable breakfast. Noisy fridge. Noisy neighbours.
Very friendly and also very helpful. They made us feel like family! You can tell they take pride in their business . Hotel was very clean.we have a 36 ft RV and we were able to park it for the night. We will certainly stay there again and also recommend it.
Very convenient to BC Ferry and Alaska Ferry Terminal...just a couple of kms to the gates. Very helpful young couple who manage motel and who try to keep place clean. Large rooms with kitchenettes. Deer in parking lot. Okay for one night stay if boarding the early ferry to Port Hardy.
Very unpleasant smell in room....room needed updating (get rid of carpet). Inconsiderate drivers who leave their diesels idling in the parking lot. Motel is pet-friendly (very).
Location to bcc ferry dock
Bad mattresses, no clock in the room.
Staff very friendly. Very close to the ferry.
Could use some updating.
