On Lake Tremblant, this year-round, family-friendly, resort facility offers a range of recreational activities and beautiful mountain and lake views near Mont Tremblant National Park in Quebec.
Score from 89 reviews Good
It was a great place in the village. Close to everything. Loved the full kitchen and fireplace.
the drunk guy screaming in the hallway from 3 to 4 am. Not the fault of the hotel but still not what I would expect in Tremblant
Kitchen facility was nice, the location was great, right on the bottom of the mountain
Coffee machine was a capsule type, so you can't bring your own as it is not a regular machine. Sheet in the bed was old (i.e. a hole in it) and hair from previous customers were found in it.
I was not informed that the lift up the hill/mountain would not be working until I arived. I was looking forward to going up the hill and was disappointed that it was not running.
The friendly staff, namely, Annie, who gave us a beautiful room.
The hard mattress.
We always stay here when we go to Tremblant. We made the mistake of staying at another hotel a few weeks ago and was very disappointed. We always get the room we want and they let us check in early. Very pleasant and helpful.
Location excellent, amenities (i.e. gas fireplace, kitchen, utensils etc), clean. Rooms are rustic.
It was no big deal, however, we didn't know the coffee machine in the room was a Keurig, as such we could not use the coffee we brought from home (we like coffee). While maid restocked Keurig pods, she did not restock sugar nor the shampoo. Room a bit dated, but with the off-season guest room rate, this was not important.
It is the best place during this journey. Free parking is near. Convenient location. Great decoration inside.
Great location. Excellent value. Parking was right under the building. Fireplace was perfect.
Only had 1 vending machine with most choices sold out. No stores open after nightfall so at least chips would have been great.
Location and parking facility great. View was good, from outer room we were looking at the church and experienced deer every day. Well stocked kitchen facility with dishes, toaster, kettle, dish towels and soap for dishwasher. Nice large bathroom, well stocked with towels and supplies. Nothing missing!!
The only negative was that it seemed a little dated (wallpaper). Although being called the voyageur, it's to be expected. We were in a suite, it had a couch and chair, would have been nice to have a 2nd chair, but not a necessity. Nice to have a dinner table with 6 chairs.
The hotel and the place were great in the first week of October.
It was a good position as my husband did the 70.3 world champs and we were able to walk to start line.the apartment was self contained and we cooked a few nights which was good. The room was dark as no natural sunlight as we were on the ground level however we were able to walk outdoors and sit which was good.Pool area was good.
The pool was closed on the Monday after the race which we were very disappointed about. We had booked our stay for the extra night thinking we could relax around the pool and recuperate from the race.before we headed off on our trip. Also I went to reception to request some extra teapods as there were only two in the room.I was asked to bring the coffee pods in to exchange for tea ones before they would give me any tea.. Seriously we paid close to 300 per night. Bad Bad bad
Staff, Room and location was just great
Location Price Quality
Hot tub doesn't have enough bubbles
location and price
very run down in carpeting and furniture. the carpet was stained and so was the couch
Staff were friendly and courteous. Good price
The hotel room is starting to appear dated and could use a freshen up. Fireplace front was falling off.
Room was convienient, close to the pool
Internet service was terrible
The location on the finish of this years 70.3 world champship was perfect. The village is postcard perfect great facilities at Tour des Voyageurs, staff professonal, so efficient & welcoming. Not a negative thought in my head.
Spacious rooms Balcony with a view Location
Bed too small
The hotel is right at the entrance of the village, easy to find. It is a good old fashion hotel with underground parking, very practical (not having to park far away). Our one bedroom suite was spacious on the ground floor looking at the swimming pool where we had a glass of wine at a patio table.
booking.co did not mentionned that there was the ironman competition on and lots of roads were closed which was a real pain.
Location, price, pool, hot tube, sauna and Gym
It was good location the kitchen facilities were very organized and clean
The hotel had a strong odour . Staff was rude
You felt like you were at the cottage with some extra amenities. Room had that cottage feelings especially with the fire place.
Breakfast included would have been nice
Good sized, clean room in a great location close to everything. The main bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette was very useful.
Check in time of 4:30pm is far too late. The hotel sent a questionnaire asking for "estimated arrival time." I indicated 1:00pm. When we arrived at 1:00pm, we were told that our room would not be ready until 4:30pm because the maids take their lunch at noon. Waiting around for our room for 3.5 hours while our groceries rotted in the car and we wasted a day of vacation was not my idea of great service. And we were not the only ones... the hotel lobby was crowded with hot, disgruntled, waiting guests. I understand a 2 or 3 pm check in time, but 4:30pm is really unreasonable after people have driven considerable distances. We were told that the sofa bed would be comfortable memory foam, but were disappointed to find that it was a thin mat, full of pointy springs, and appeared to be over 20 years old. It was not suitable for sleeping. I would only recommend this type of room to a party of two who are sharing the comfortable murphy bed.
Clean, staff was informative of local events
Pool area small and not enough chairs
