Nothing When booking the hotel the pictures of the rooms looked great on their website especially for the price. On arrival the hotel lobby looked good and inviting, however, the rooms were disgusting, dirty so much so that we wanted to check out there and then, however, as it was 6pm and it had taken us 7hrs to drive there we didn't really feel like searching for anything else. One of the rooms the tv didn't work, all the bed pillows were lumpy and old. The baths were disgusting, the plaster was bubbling and peeling off most walls and the carpets were filthy. The car park basement was falling down and the roof was being held up by props. When we told the Manager we wanted to check out a day early because the rooms were so terrible he said if we had told him the day we checked in he would have put us in better rooms!!!! If they have 'better' rooms why were we not put in there upon check in??? They obviously know the rooms are in a terrible state so why not either be truthful on their website or just not rent these rooms out in the first place?! |

Location was great for us, and the beds were comfortable. Alternative suit to what we had booked was roomy. The promised renovations on the website were not true. The junior suite we booked and confirmed was not renovated and not available. We booked a suit with queen and twin beds but settled for a king and cott. |

Although fairly large is a family run business and staff from general manager all the way down to the cleaning and catering persons polite, attentive and efficient. Also excellent value for money. Most recent reviews in booking.com website criticized the age and/or condition of interiors. Whilst a fair assessment the price was very low for the facilities offered and don't expect this to be the case following the next refurbishment. |

The value of the room, spacious with kitchenette and living room and great location in Toronto. Part of the deal was continental breakfast which was in a windowless basement, juice was extra, some fruit, toast no choice in what kind of bread and packaged muffins. They should not even bother to include a continental breakfast if they don't make it more client friendly. Had to ask at the desk for the info for breakfast and a coupon. If we had known what was involved would have made other arrangements for breakfast, but not there!!!!!! |

The hotel was in a good location close to Yorkville. It was quiet and the indoor parking was a bonus at the price I paid. The bed was comfortable. Although it was clean, it was showing signs of age. Especially the bathroom where the wallpaper was mouldy and peeling. The tv was old and only had one channel. It was also in the sitting room. I would have prefered to have one in the bedroom. |

Nada (nothing) An old, cheap, trashy, cheesy hotel. Ok, we paid only c$ 107,00 plus taxes per day (and we had to pay extra c$ 18,00 per day to park our car), but the hotel is awful: on the first day we had to clean the old bathtube, which was full of pubic hair of the previous guests! On the second day, we found a leak on the bathroom ceiling. The balcony is so damaged, that it seems to have been imported from the war regions of Croatia. In our long trip around Canada and usa, this is the worst hotel we got in. |

The room was huge! It was bigger that the studio flat we really live in. There is a kitchen, a huge comfortable bedroom, a big tv, sofa and a large table. It is very comfortable and it is close to the centre. The hotel also has a heated pool. The breakfast is funny. We were give a cup of coffee or tea, a toast (no ham no cheese) and a small bowl of mixed fruits. For orange juice you had to pay two bucks : ) |

Good location close to subway, shopping and university. Also close to plenty of restaurants both eat in and take away.Much preferable to just having one room in a hotel.Staff very helpful to us in an unfamiliar city. A hob or cooker would have been good rather than just a microwave. |

Excellent location, as there are very few reasonable-priced nice hotels in that area (close to Bloor and Yonge); clean, spacious, and the kitchenette useful even for a short stay; staff was efficient and very accommodating. The cable channel selection: the CBC Newsworld (now name changed) and/or CTV all-news channel should be included. |

I loved the proximity to major public transportation and excellent shopping. I also appreciated the provision of a playpen for my son to sleep in. I thought the room was nice and clean but the hallway and elevator were very run down looking. The lobby and lounge were quite nice, but it wasn't easy to get to the parking area with a baby stroller. |

The location was perfect, next to everything I wanted do see and to a major subway station. I also liked the disposition of the room and the fact that there was an equipped kitchen, which turned things easier, cheaper and more comfortable regarding food and drink. The windows were extremely dirty, so as to really draw my attention every time I got near them. |

The decor, although consider as clean, needs a bit of updating, it has not been changed for the past ten years. As a budget business hotel, it shows the wear and tear. |

Location convenient to tiff industry screenings, the suite configuration and kitchen is really great when one is staying for as long as I did. Kitchen was missing a number of items, can opener didn't work for E.G., no dish towel or soap for E.G. |

The first room I was given was run-down, dirty carpet, old furniture, etc. I complained and was moved to another room that had been renovated, which was better. This hotel is apparently undergoing renovation. Therefore, there are some rooms that are newer looking, with wood floors and modern furniture. Other rooms are old, tired with very dirty carpets. I heard lots of complaints at the front desk, ie. Internet not working or very slow, shower head not working, etc. |
