The downtown location, the garage facility the kitchenette
I should have used the gym but I did not find it and I had no time to ask for it....also my fault
The room was quite large, i liked the fact that it came with a fully equipped kitchen and it also had a balcony which was nice.
The lady at the front desk was rather rude upon checking in, the room was in need of a renovation. The fridge was really old and didn't keep our food that cold, and the tv was ancient.
Location, great staff, lots of storage space. Good parking -underground. Great for multiple travelers or extended stay. Close to convenience stores and walking distance to Loblaws supermarket. We were in a penthouse 2 bedroom suite.
Decor is tired. Furniture is heavy and dark. TV's are old bulky type. Coffee maker is too small. The mugs are great but we had to make two pots to squeeze three cups of coffee out. Suggested to staff said would look into it. Wifi is expensive. Would prefer larger bed in master bedroom rather than two beds.
Really outstanding and helpful staff at front desk. Convenient central downtown location.
Rooms are rather dark and drab - needs better lighting!
Nothing except some staff were helpful.
Parking - awkward & very expensive ($24 plus tax per 24 hrs) Dilapidated decor Location a little poor for 'down town' Hotel did not have the 3 star look & feel - pool & sauna changing looked filthy. Only one toilet in public areas & staff were using it as well. It was not cheap, no value for money and will never go back.
Very cozy apartment. Doesn't look great on initial impression but the rooms are great and well stocked with everything you may need. Didn't have any tea however!
Staff were very helpful, place was very clean and well appointed. Good location, subway stn only 5-10min walk away.
Located close to where I needed to do my work
$14 a day for wifi was ridiculous. I had my secretary book my hotel so this may have been indicated earlier, but I was surprised upon check in.
- Convenience to subway and restaurants—just a few minutes’ walk - Relatively safe neighborhood - On-site parking
The whole facility looks tired and really shows its age. Although the rooms superficially appear fairly clean by sanitary standards, the lack of upkeep in the finishes throughout (chips, scratches, stains, rust, etc) were very unattractive—major downer, frankly. The hotel didn’t meet my standards from this standpoint and therefore I would not recommend it to others. I stayed here merely because every other hotel I contacted was sold out for the duration of my stay.
location being on a HIGH floor pool on-site location
needs some TLC throughout linens are mediocre most rooms need a touchup
Paying for wifi is not acceptable; the suite had a strong odour of curry. No couch or comfortable chair; noisy and dusty ceiling fans
Suite facilities including kitchen
Wifi should be free in 2014. Incorporate into price of rooms if necessary. Construction noise in the morning
kitchenette was useful
the facility is in need of upgrades
staff and clealiness
It was relatively quiet. The front staff were polite and quick about their business.
The bed was clearly old and lumpy and sagged in the middle. They said they had upgraded me so I did kinda wonder what I would have had. :o.
I called and said I was uncomfortable and could not stay on the too, they understood and actually have me one of their furnished suites for the same rate! Totally redone and you wouldn't believe that it's the same hotel! If they renovated the hotel completely it would be then worth the money and more!
Walked into a apartment like suite, carpet was dirty, bathroom was dirty, bed was flat and uncomfortable, living room area was stained! Cords hanging everywhere. A feeling of being unsafe especially for a solo traveller
The location was great..close to stores and the ttc..and safe underground parking..The size of the room was amaizing and such a great value..and the staff at the front desk was extremely helpful and curtious.
Bathroom was outdated, but everything worked fine.
near the square.15 minute walk.
noise no sleep left after 2 nights.
its a dump
Location A+ (In the heart of the gay village) Pool was clean and inviting Parking was close at hand Sufficient kitchen everything there to prepare and enjoy meals Extra Large balcony and enjoyable city scape view Living room for entertaining Staff helpful when called upon The bedroom was quiet - good for sleeping
The bed was a little hard Parking not included in cost Wifi not included in cost
Location,staff and room lay-out.
Although the room furniture seemed to be upgraded, the doors and architrave were of poor quaility. Instructions for the air conditioning would be helpful. Minor faults i know.
Location was very nice, quiet and close to shopping areas
Didn't like the room itself. Felt we paid too much for what we didn't get. Space was ok, as we travelled together in a group. Cleanliness was an issue, staff were very nice.
AC poor....room too hot No bathroom fan.....we were told nothing could be done Construction across street..noise from 7am $14/night for wifi is a rip off
Large apartment in a good spot
Not much ! The place was clean but some odd bits of peeling wall paper let it down a bit but overall great place to stay
The 1 bed apartment was clean, big, spacious and well appointed. I dug the retro 70s decor of the room I was in. The balcony is basic but a nice touch.
There was a cleaning trolley outside my room the whole 3 days I was there and a very strong smell of cleaning products in the hallway on my floor (6). Would have been nice if the exercise area had weights.
