Good location, large two -bedroom family room
Expensive parking and wifi, no air condition in the rooms
front desk very helpful Housekeeping staff excellent service Great to have a kitchen to fix a few meals Easy access to TTC and to get to attractions in Toronto
There were no restaurants to eat at close by later at night We arrived late and were hungry but didn't find anything close by Didn't like that we had to pay for internet service
The Desk staff were super accommodating; our 2 bedroom apartment very spacious and clean
Some of the furniture, walls were in slight disrepair
Great location. Several good places to eat in immediate vicinity. Three short blocks to subway & only 1.5 short blocks to Yonge St bus stops. Large one bdrm apt sized suites. Wooden floors great for those with allergies. Air conditioning works well. Friendly staff. Very helpful & patient with those who don't understand their bill. Quick to respond to needed repairs (toilet stopped flushing).
Would have liked a stair free enterance to the parking garage. Handicap parking spots, although marked, aren't large enough. In fact the 2 spots are only large enough for 2 small cars. They are regular sized small spots. Would have liked free wifi. The laundry facilities aren't handicap accessible.
Spacious rooms, helpful and friendly staff. Good location. Pool was great.
Shower heads could be replaced, water tempature inconsistent.
Clean bed only!
-location to shopping and museum -felt secure in the room -fully equipped kitchen -staff very pleasant and helpful -room not ready, I was early, but I could check my bag
-street noise - but that can't be controlled; construction -could use some small repairs / painting (patch corner of dining room wall, bathroom ceiling)
location, kitchen clean
bathroom facility needs work, we stayed for a few days, but did not improved lights were blinking, bath tub won't drain,
Front desk personnel most accommodating. Location is perfect and hotel facilities, i.e. Pool and Fitness centre great.
WiFi costs too high for non business guests and lobby lounge Temperature...freezing.
Location was great. Close to subway, clean streets, bus.
Pool room was not clean. Needs to be updated.
I did not see anything
As per costs, very poor conditions of faculty, unclean property and broken closet doors, no recommend to stay.
Noises due to construction. Shower not very good. There was a broken light shade and exposed light in bedroom. Bed never well made - same sheets for 3 day stay
I liked the price and the location. This facility has its own kitchen facility and is very handy to a good market for food supplies. It is also very handy to the subway. I was very comfortable with the location and the safety of the area.
Efficient and friendly staff and room comfortable with all kitchen needs covered.
My room's patio door needed attention.
Staff very pleasant. Hotel good value for money we booked a suite which was really lovely.
Lounge very cold from air conditioning
We were upgraded to a luxury suite which was great! Our suite was lovely - roomy, modern and well kept. Loved having the separate sitting room and kitchen even though I was only there for a night!
The view of the parking garage was not impressive and the hallways are a little scary, like an old apartment building.
Having the room of an apartment and a kitchen was great. Needed a full day visit to SickKids and this was nicely within walking distance.
Although our room was some what updated it still was no Hilton, Marriott or even Days Inn. But again nice enough and served our needs perfectly.
location, full kitchen
No air conditioner, uncomfortable beds and pillows, smelled horrible esp. in hallways, early construction outside our windows (was not aware of it before I booked), filthy walls in bathroom
Location only.. a front desk employees by the name of Daniel ..apologize for my experience with the hotel and offer me an upgrade on suite the next time I stay there againg. However ..even if is for free I will never return there.
As soon as I got there did not feel welcome ..front desk need a lot of training with hospitality ..warning..print your booking reservation so they can't charge u whatever they want..parking is not included. Balconies door missing locks ..in case u travel with children ..very dangers balconies .. the bathtop have pockets of air so when i took showet the plastic on my foot move. staff do not make aware of any facilities in the building ( swimming pool or work out room..) the only I was told was do not used our restaurant facilities ...is to dark down there.. I sleep without air conditioning because I though they did have one... I had lost any good expectation by the time I when to sleep .. I had gave them $200 U.S. deposit ..because I wanted to pay in cash.. and they told me that next day after I cash out..they "Could not guaranty this money back on U.S. dollar . They would give back in canadian money... it is obvious they are trying to run a scan ..special to American . I am Canadian living in the U.S. and this hotel put a shame by Canadian stand for..guest do not get what they paid for it.
That it had a full kitchen complete with dishes and had enough beds for 8 people. Was an apartment so there was plenty of room.
That it showed renovated rooms on their website and the room we had was was far from renovated. Did not have hot water. We didn't use any cold water and the showers at night were barely warm.
I thought for what I paid it was a nice hotel in good location. Just a short cab ride from harbour square and other attractions
My room should've come with a stove and instead I had a different room
there were insect like mosquito and bugs flying inside the room, a bit dusty most likely because adjacent bldg being constructed. a bit far from downtown, does not provide food after breakfast, staff does not brief new customer about facilities location of pool, exercise room, internet unless ask. there are not hospitable. cleaners should get rid the insects. no toothbrush, toothpaste inside the room. front desk does not readily explain billings.
Everything. The place looked like it was built in the 70s and nothing has been upgraded scice. Everything was broken, stained, or out dated. Don't do it.
