The quietness of the room The comfort of the bed The location of the hotel
The bathroom vessel sink and taps are cumbersome to use. The taps aren't set up close enough to the centre of the sink
Room and service excellent
Very affordable with friendly staff. Wifi connected well. Located on a main road which meant it was a short walk in town but also very close to main bus stops.
Nothing. Was fine.
The restaurant and the bar. Especially the girl working at the bar. I believe her name was Julie. She was wonderful, so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very comfortable too.
The staff at the desk. The female employee on the morning we checked out was nice but the 2 different male employees behind the desk were NOT friendly at all. Also our heater in the room did make a lot of noise. There was also a sort of unpleasant smell when you first entered the lobby.
Staff were VERY responsive! Room was quite nice. Kitchen was good - could have used bigger pots/pans. Located close to lots.
The lobby has a very strong perfumed smell that wasn't nice at all. Fortunately the rooms and halls didn't smell bad. The elevator is small, but really it is okay. I wish there had been a door person or an electronic mechanism as it was very hard to get luggage in and out.
The hotel gives you value for your money. Rooms are clean and perfect for my use during business travel. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the hotel is generally quiet in the evening.
Guest parking, comfortable king-sized bed, right in the center of downtown, great service, with an amazing deal on the room!
Convent restaurant and free parking
The staff were friendly.
The restaurant, Kitie's. The restaurant indicated on signs that it was open at 6:30. Sure enough at 6:30, it opened. The cook however did not show up until after 7:00.
All good except for urine smell.
Everything was fine but room smelled like apple juice and urine, it was nasty!
good location(in downtown), convenient transportation
small elevator, small room
The rooms were very clean and modern! Deceiving from the outside. Location was great, close to some nice coffee shops, restaurant, shopping. This is where we will go from now on!
I really have no complaints.
Loved the new updated rooms and the Kuerig. Love my coffee in the morning. The only problem , was the Showerhead ,they should update with a Eco Showerhead, would save some energy on their water bill maybe and do not use as much water as the older shower heads . Other than that had a great stay. Close to everything.
The outdated Showerhead.
Cleanliness, Comfort, Decor.
Tried to get an orange or a hard-boiled egg for breakfast but neither were available. "We have had too many complaints about the boiled eggs so we don't make them"!!!
Very clean and comfortable
All vending machines were empty! Had to find a store near by for drinks and toothpaste!!
clean, comfortable, good location, fair price
they didn't return my credit card deposit. I found out the hard way when I went to use my card and it was declined
Clean comfotable beds. Common areas looked very nice
Bathroom tub was old
Clean and comfortable. It's not the closest to downtown and the area isn't inspiring! It's just as good as the motels that are close by. Fridge, microwave and Keurig brewer in the room were plusses.
You get what you pay for... it was clean and comfortable but you can tell it is a 3 star hotel.
Always very polite and helpful staff
Close to downtown and reasonably priced. Clean. Our room had a kitchenette.
nothing stood out. if you are looking for a special experience, look elsewhere and be prepared to pay way more.
The restraunt / bar only had cheap booze. The bartender also should have kick out one of the clients it was not a great atmosphere
I liked the cleanliness a lot.the big room.everything was well kept.
the only thing I didn't like was it was a bit far from the Harber.
location close but not downtown
after bar noise
Short walk to city, bus stop to city, Butchart Gardens and airport at front door..
