Great value for money, comfortable beds, lovely rooms, good location, helpful staff, we really appreciated being able to keep the rooms past the check out time since 2 of our party were running the Victoria Marathon. The staff let us keep the room so they could have a shower which we really appreciated. Not something we didnt like, but with the 3 rooms we had, there was quite a difference in what was in each room. One room had a microwave, fridge, and big screen tv. Much more than we expected. The other 2 rooms had old fashioned tvs and no microwave or fridge which was what we would expect for the price. |

Not much. Yes, I did not like the absence of cleanliness of the tub. Also, we were promised a microwave but was not there. |

Ease of access and two king size beds. Did not like the bed cover which also served as the blanket so there was no option to remove it. There was only one bar of soap for three people. The room was stuffy and the street noise was intrusive. |

Close to everything, dining, shopping, sea shore and museum. Clean and comfortable with tea and coffee makers, fridge and microwave oven. A free use of computer in the lobby. Will stay again. My daughter left a message but I did not receive it. Before I checked in, I left my luggage at the hotel and went out for sightseeing. Apparently, she called me before that she would meet me at the hotel at 11:30 am but staff forgot to tell me until I came back at 3:00 pm to check in. She came back at 3:30 knowing the check in time was 3 pm. So, we have met and it worked out at the end. |

We walked downtown, toured the city, went to Butchard gardens, ate out and took our granddaughter who is at UVic out to dinner. No, not at all. We were very impressed with our room and with the friendly and helpful staff. |

The location was great (just outside of China Town). We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and the free parking is definitely a plus. |

I liked the location as it was really easy to walk to downtown Victoria. The hotel had a leaky roof so I had a drip and wet carpet right in front of my door and there was also a leak in the bathroom so my makeup case was soaked. The comforter on the beds was smelly and the bed was very sloppily made. There was also a old coffee spill that had dried up on the table from a previous occupant. |

This hotel was a great value and could accommidate a family. It was a short drive to Victoria's tourist sites. Free garage parking was a plus. You get what you pay for, no pool or restuarant. But for our purpose of having a place to crash after long days of activities, it was perfect. |
