Good cost value in terms of other establishments but would not be my first choice on the next booking. Very run down and in need of a good face lift. Received a smokers room after requesting a non smoking at least a month ahead of time.

The beds were quite comfortable and we had good sleeps. We were in a back room so it was quite quiet. Coffee not so great, but there was a Starbucks near by. Staff was helpful & courteous. Nothing really. It isn't a luxury hotel, but good value for the money and clean and comfortable.

It was the second time I stayed there in a week and the staff was all confused both times as to which room to give me. I took over 30 minutes to check in, when everyone was tired and the kids hungry. It was horrible, and the fact that it happened twice in a row is unacceptable.

It was a nice hotel, cleaning staff came and asked us if we needed anything extra for the kids. The outdoor pool looked very nice however the weather never let us try it. It is fairly close to shopping centers. I didn't that other guests were smoking in the entrance. We are non- smokers and we had small children with us and everytime we went in or out we had to walk through smoke.

I had a wonderful stay and the location was just right for us to shop and go site seeing. The staff were friendly and very helpful whenever we needed anything they were always eager to help.

The room was a smoking room but we were not asked when we booked so were not expecting it to be. Although things were clean the sheets were permeated with the smell. We asked if there was a pool, and even though there was a ton of rain out we were not told it was outdoor so we stayed and were very dissapointed.

Good rate we we travling for medical reasons. We had to take a smokers room and for a non smoker it didn't smell very good.

Convenient location for an overnight stay before leaving the city to visit other areas of nf Very basic and uncomfortable bed. Needs to be updated as it is very worn and unappealing.

Did not like the accommadations, will not be staying there again. Room was outdated and the mattress on the pullout had the springs sticking up through it. Arrived at midnight expecting to have a restful night but that certainly did not happen, however, the staff was very good.

Very clean hotel and the staff were excellent and very friendly. A modern hotel such as this one should have internet access. Being a fire chief I needed to keep in touch with people and could not. The wireless was only is some rooms and the wired did not work at all.
