confortable et sympathique mais assez loin du centre ville

no continental breakfast available. why?

The beds were quite comfortable and we had good sleeps. We were in a back room so it was quite quiet. Coffee not so great, but there was a Starbucks near by. Staff was helpful & courteous.

Nothing really. It isn't a luxury hotel, but good value for the money and clean and comfortable.

Long way from town centre meaning you had to have a car

It was the second time I stayed there in a week and the staff was all confused both times as to which room to give me. I took over 30 minutes to check in, when everyone was tired and the kids hungry. It was horrible, and the fact that it happened twice in a row is unacceptable.

It was a nice hotel, cleaning staff came and asked us if we needed anything extra for the kids. The outdoor pool looked very nice however the weather never let us try it. It is fairly close to shopping centers.

I didn't that other guests were smoking in the entrance. We are non- smokers and we had small children with us and everytime we went in or out we had to walk through smoke.

The room was a smoking room but we were not asked when we booked so were not expecting it to be. Although things were clean the sheets were permeated with the smell. We asked if there was a pool, and even though there was a ton of rain out we were not told it was outdoor so we stayed and were very dissapointed.

convenient to highway

Did not like the accommadations, will not be staying there again. Room was outdated and the mattress on the pullout had the springs sticking up through it. Arrived at midnight expecting to have a restful night but that certainly did not happen, however, the staff was very good.

I like the staff. vey pleasan.

Locataion. Alittle far from downtown,

It was very quiet.

No view on back of hotel and garbage outside window.

Convenient location for shopping, theatres and dinning.

Found the mattress sagged in the center
