The front desk staff was more than accomodating with the extra needs of a large meeting(s). Thanks! I found the meeting rooms for our purposes very small..and dated. The size could fall a bit on us in pre-planning, we had to change motels the first morning for our meeting to facilitate the numbers of bodies.

Close to where we wanted to go - has restaurant - pool/hot tub Appreciated fridge in room, and coffee pot, wireless internet The bathrooms need work especially the caulking around the tub - it was black, and looked like it had mould on it, re-caulking it would spruce up the place.

We booked online and our confirmation papers indicated that we had booked a non-smoking room, however when we arrived at the hotel, we had been assigned a smoking room. The smell in the room, and indeed in the entire wing, was very unpleasant. Unfortunately, the hotel staff advised us that there were no other rooms available until the following evening. They also advised us that this error often occurs with online bookings.

tres bien pour qualité/prix! on paye jusqu'à 11:00 am ...............à 7:30 am les femmes de ménages commencent à brasser dans les chambres au-dessus et à côté!!!! pas trop trop fort !!!!!

Close to Airport, shuttle service The room was shabby. Coffee pot wasn't plugged in, had to plug it by the outside door on the floor, inconvenient! Holes left in the wall where something was removed from the space.. Looked ugly.

Very convenient to airport and stores. Easy to find. Dining area good and food excellent. Acommodation was only just average for the price. Flights overhead were quite noisy and we were able to hear other residents in rooms above and either side.

Restaurant Staff was excellent Desk Service was great Recycling bin in the room Cleanliness Many warm good mornings from everyon I met in the hall A few maintenance (paint etc.) items could be addressed. Vending (drink) machine did not work No elevator to 2nd floor

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. My adult daughter and I stayed the night before our departure for and arrival back in Canada after a vacation in the Dom.Republic. The dining room staff for dinner and breakfast were excellent. It is also excellent that we were able to leave our car parked in their parking lot while we were away.
