Location Hotel is dirty with many young adults drinking in their room then heading to local bars. My son also stepped in dog crap at the vending machines. The place is really a dive and over priced

The pool We came into an incident where there were ants in both our bathrooms, and it made us very uncomfortable while using the washrooms, and when we had mentioned it to front desk, they had no ambition on apologizing they just smiled and said okay will tell our maintenance . We thought it was very rude. Also in the morning we were woken up to a very loud dog in a room across from us who wouldn't stop barking. I was not aware allowin pets in hotels was allowed . It was very hard for us to sleep. After all these events happend we will probably not stay again at this hotel. We do not find it was worth our money

The location and the pool and hot tub facility. The breakfast buffet was confusing and stuffed all into one corner. The hotel was busy and people seemed to be all over each other trying to get to things like napkins, forks/knives. They could have been placed away from the food for easier access. Lack of elevators were a problem as I have hip issues and I seemed to be climbing a lot of stairs. The layout of the hotel is unusual. We thought that if they had made the level with the front desk Level 1 and then everything else relating to that. The pool would then be LL or Lower level and all that floor named appropriately. The front desk is labelled Level 2 and the confusion starts from there. It wasn't just us as people in the hallways were talking about the same thing we were.

The location is great, right on the main street and really close to the nightlife. Also, it's just off the highway (400).

The beds were very uncomfortable. I also did not like the bedside light fixtures which didn't allow for enough discrete light (one person to sleep while other reads)

The desk employee was extremely friendly and helpful. There was not anything particularly bad. I did notice that the washroom needs updating as some of the wall paper was starting to peal. I still worry about the cleanliness in any hotel especially in light of the programs reporting the cleanliness of hotesl these days. I always carry my disinfectant wipes to wipe down sinks, counters, remotes, phones and light switches. I would like some reassurance (genuine) that the comforter on my bed has been cleaned before arrival or anyone elses.
