The location was convenient. The staff was helpful. The price was better than hotels down by Clifton Hill. Breakfast was included with the price of the hotel. It was the same exact two item choice each morning. (One of which was terrible). If it is going to be included, varied choices should be offered. Also, the size of the bath towels were unbelievably small. I am not even that tall, however the towel could be considered more of a face/hair towel than one to dry your entire body. Also, the hotel should be a bit updated. The tiles along the jacuzzi were very old, along with the whole decor of the room/hallways. There was also a smell in the hallways on the 4th floor. |

Location Location Location - excellent for all attractions & Falls & restaurants & casino. Not quite in the thick of things, but just off the beaten path where it's just a little quieter for a more restful stay before heading out for all the fun Niagara has to offer. Perfect! The speed bump at the front door is way too high - my car (and several others I observed) bottomed-out and scraped every time I drove over it. |

It was very clean, modern, comfortable, rooms are cheery, had a clean pool, friendly staff, breakfast included, restaurant for breakfast only, walking distance to absolutely everything. Great location. Nothing wrong really with the hotel, itself except they shouldn't charge for internet and parking. Never paid for either in the states, at any hotel or motel. A little bit too expensive, don't like the way hotels, not just this hotel, all hotels, gouge on a weekends, they complain the rest of the year about bad business, well, keep it at the same reasonable rate all year. We would do more get aways if the price was lower on weekends. |

It was convenient for our needs. We could hear everything going on in the room next to ours, the pillows were like bricks, there was no room on the vanity to put your wash bag or anything else, you could hardly turn around in the bathroom or shower. Not good value for $169.99!! And service for breakfast in the restaurant was very slow. |

We liked that it was so central. We parked the car and walked and took the bus. Transit system was awesome. Food could have been cooked better. Bacon was chewy, pancakes were tough, waffles were good though. |

The dining staf were very nice, the receptiion staff were helpfull and well informed. My room cost twice the amount that I noticed others were paying, is that because I booked it online with your company, plus I had to pay taxes on top plus I ahd to pay car parking on top. I felt like I was being takne advantage off. I would reccommend this hotel but not at your prices |

the hotel charged for parking, breakfast and canada had a fee that made it apparent that they did not want you to come back. we paid parking fees in the falls area that almost equaled the amount we paid for the hotel. we will never go back to canada. they are farming the US visiters like so many cattle. they charged 20.00 extra for one additional person for each of the 2 rooms. |
