Travelodge Hotel by the Falls  

Staff was on hand to give us help and they ask if need anything else That is great

Bed was awesome. Restaurant delicious. Staff great.

Near the falls & near clifton hill

I prefered that breakfast was a buffet & all you can eat

Arrogant & non-cooperative staff, No tourist information available, No hot water, inconvenient location,

Decent size rooms, clean, comfortable beds. Really liked the location about 15mins walk from falls, close enough to easily walk to all the attractions but far enough away that the hotel is really quiet think it would have been a bit noisy in the middle of the town.

No free parking

Amazing price and location and the staff was so helpful and friendly. Lots of restaurants close by and walking distance to most attractions and tourist district.

Towels were the cheapest towel anyone makes - and each night would have to ask for more towel.

For the price that I paid I really can't complain. the room was clean and the staff was friendly. I would book again...

I like everything about this hotel and if i ever decide to come back to niagara falls i'm going to book again at this hotel and i let all my friend know that this hotel was very good

Cleanliness and the location.

Outdoor parking --only had one handicap and we had to park so far away .

Very good hotel, excellent location and very nice staff. They even call you some minutes after you first enter your room to ask if everything is ok. That was so nice and surprised us.

Location was good, 2 blocks from Maid of the Mist and area attractions, free parking. Staff was friendly, helpful. Restaurant for breakfast right in the lobby. Good value for the price.

Neighborhood was little bit seedy, though we never felt unsafe. Rooms were clean but not fancy, a little dated but not threadbare. Walls were thin, was worried that if guests in nearby rooms were noisy late at night it would have been a problem but fortunately they were quiet.

The Hotel room was clean , the staff was helpful and the breakfast was exceptional espically the home fries.

The location was great. Indoor whirlpool was great as well. The beds were Okay. rooms were Okay.

The air-conditioning sucks. There's No middle ground. Either it's too cold or too hot. No fridge in the room. TV sucks. Outside pool needs a lot of cleaning.

It's was located close enough to Clifton Hills. An overall very positive experience. :)

Parking cost $9. It's too bad you have to pay for parking.

It was quiet. We had our room right beside the elevator and heard nothing. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The Travelodge location was perfect for our itinerary. Close to Clifton Hill activities, many dining options along the route, close to Skylon Tower. I may have misunderstood and thought breakfast was included but paid for the daily b'fast special $7.99 both mornings and it was excellent. The beds are a little hard for my body's liking but the other 3 people traveling (1 senior and 2 older kids) did not have the same complaint. Very clean room including bathroom which is important. Parking was behind the hotel with room key access which was convenient, it's too bad they charge but acceptable rate for location and allowed to leave car even after check out. Didn't use the pool/spa or wading pool but looked clean. I would recommend this hotel for location, service and price.

It's unfortunate that they charge for parking. There is public parking on the same road closer to the falls for $5/day, the hotel was $9/day. I think it would make sense to meet the comparable lots and lower their charge to $5 at the very least. The beds were very hard but this is a matter of preference, not a relief to lay down after hours and hours of walking during the day/night. Our garbage was not emptied after our first night, not sure why but that meant we had quite a pile after the second night.

The room was fantastic - very clean and comfortable with a great layout. I was very impressed and would definitely stay there again.
