私はプリンターがなくプリントアウトをしなければならない時にホテルにメールを転送してホテルに着いたときプリントアウトされた用紙を受け取りました。そのおかげでしゃとるばすも難なくのれました。ありがとうございます |

The dining staf were very nice, the receptiion staff were helpfull and well informed. My room cost twice the amount that I noticed others were paying, is that because I booked it online with your company, plus I had to pay taxes on top plus I ahd to pay car parking on top. I felt like I was being takne advantage off. I would reccommend this hotel but not at your prices |

the staff was very friendly.this was the first time we stayed at travelodge hotel.we were very surprised to receive a call from the front desk asking if everything was ok soon we arrived in the room. the pillows were too hard |

the hotel charged for parking, breakfast and canada had a fee that made it apparent that they did not want you to come back. we paid parking fees in the falls area that almost equaled the amount we paid for the hotel. we will never go back to canada. they are farming the US visiters like so many cattle. they charged 20.00 extra for one additional person for each of the 2 rooms. |

I asked for alternative means to travel to Buffalo Airport (a texi costs 75 $ !!!!) and received a poor reply; they did not care very much. Too expensive |

warm welcome, enjoyed the restaurant's breakfast. friendly staff at the reception etc. pillows were very old, need to change them. |

Le personnel est très courtois, cet hotel est très bien situé pour les gens qui voyagent par train ou qui n'ont pas de voitures, toutes les attractions principales peuvent être faites à pied Les déjeuners sont ordinaires et ils nous arrivent pas très chaud et le café ont pourraient changé de Marque afin d'amilioré de goût. Nous n'avons pas prit d'autres repas là à part le déjeuner. |

vlak bij centrum en de Falls.Prijs OK. ontbijf faciliteiten in hotel meer in de buurt voldoende aanbod. douchewater hoeveel uit kop matig !! zachte straal. |
