Front desk people were very nice. They had very nice smile too. I sometimes get a room with one bed, even when I booked a room with two beds online. I booked for a room with two beds on the website. I got a room with two beds using Travelodge. I like to have open space to relax. I thank you for that. Bed and pillows were hard. Carpet or something was smelling bad, especially after taking a shower. Bathroom needed some fix up too.

Good price, good breakfast, nice hot tub Some of the staff seemed inexperienced and were not very knowledgable about local restaurants or the attached comedy club. The pool was too cold.

Availability of Wi Fi. Temperature was comfortable without having a noisy fan going all the time. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast onsite. Having to pay extra for a late check-out. Hallways were dark. Room was very small and run down -- chipped counters and shower. Hair dryer was not working.

Location - close to my meeting location Front desk staff was unfriendly. Requirement to pay a deposit on top of payment for room seems excessive. Treated as if I was going to do damage to their property. Could not check out until my room was inspected. Never had this treatment anywhere before. Also, amount charged to my credit card is higher than what my on line receipt indicates. I was not able to get a receipt from the hotel indicating the amount I paid. Will not stay there again.

Sorry, but I have to admit the only thing I liked was the location. I booked on-line which gave me a less expensive rate by about $35. If I was to pay your full rate it just wouldn't have been worth it. 1. The bathroom tub is too small. 2. You leave a bottle of water for your guests but then charge for it at check out. I thought that was very tacky. Your hotel can't afford to leave a complementary bottle of water for it's guests at the prices your charging. 3. During check out the clerk radios for the cleaning staff to check the room for clearance in order for the guest to be refunded there damage deposit. Again very tasteless. I felt uncomfortable waiting for the clearance as though I was on trial or you were waiting to catch me with a missing hanger or towel. A suggestion would be not to be so obvious in front of your guests. Be discreet and more professional.

Located outside of elevator and pop machine so very noise, not the best of beds, dirty floors, lamps, chairs old tv. Old bath room, to turn the hot water I sthe shower you actually had to turn it to the cold not to the hot to get it on. I think for what we paid of 114.00 this room should not of been rented out. It needs an update and to be cleaned.

Breakfast There were a number of things that needed fixing in our room. We had to get a staff person in to fix the sink plug. Once fixed, the sink had trouble draining. The toilet seat was broken. The screen on the window was broken. We had to ask for a fourth pillow, so we could have 2 each. There should be a small fridge in each room.

The whole time we were there, our room was never cleaned and made up. We alerted the front desk about it & they said it would be taken care of. We returned from a great time at the Stampede, only to find our room was not cleaned for the second day. Previously, we stayed at a Travellodge in Kalispell, MT that was fantastic. Our great Calgary Stampede experience was destroyed by the lack of attentiveness at this hotel. Even after we discussed this with the staff, they still didn't take care of it. So dissappointing. They say good news travels to 10 people, but bad news travels to 50 people. This is not going to go unnoticed by us.

What interest me most were: the kindness/willingness of the hotel staff to assist, even when it is out of their job scope and the cleanness of the place.

The hotel was quiet. Rooms were not well cleaned. Towels were washed but not clean. Rooms were vacumed through the main traffic areas but behind the doors, under the bed/quilt had not been done for a while. The area did not seem the safest at night as several bodies were seen passed out on the lawn.

Die Lage, Genug freie Parkplätze Zimmerreinigung war ungenügend. Bei Eintreffen war Bad dreckig, ebenso die Handtücher. Später wurden Handtücher gewechselt, aber Bad und Fußböden nicht gereinigt.
