Location Toilet was loose. Tv did not work. Room was Never vacuum'D. Room was dirty. Toilet paper and kleenex ran out. No soap, no towels at times and room was not made up one day. Disgusting. I had too much business to do or I would have moved to another hotel. Despite telling the front desk about these problems....nothing was done. Would I ever stay in another TravelLodge...not in this life!!!!! I will drive by to stay at better.

It was cheap compared to other Canadian hotels They hit me with a deposit fee, even though I used a credit card...the bathroom shower/tub had mold on it...the smell from the restaurant next door (off property) was a bit too pungent...and I got bit by something in a private area (was not a bedbug)

The internet connection was terrible. They promised free wireless in all rooms but it did not work. Personal did not care and were inpolite. Finally we found out you can have access at the end of the hall. So we spent almost all time in the hall. Great staying! Swimming pool was cold, hot tub out of order as well as almost all ice machines. The bed was dirty. Never go there if you need the internet!!!

The front lobby looked nice This hotel was a disgrace. I have never complained about a hotel before. It had very old and battered furnishings and decor but worse than that it was FILTHY. The bath for example had grey circles The floor had not been cleaned. The elevater had cigarette stubs. The front desk did not get it cleaned on night 2 after I complained! Worst hotel I ever went to!

Nice room, clean, quiet (as long as you aren't near the ice machine), close to my business location, nice variety in the continental breakfast. Parking lot in the back needs resurfacing (major potholes), can be chilly in bed, there aren't ebough sheets or they aren't thick enough, the comedy club can make parking tight on Friday and Saturday evenings.

The price was the lowest at the time, staff was friendly and helped when they could. Wifi was weak and not accessible on the top 3 floors. Very little hot water even in the hot tub. Lack of extra bedding. General disrepair of building.

Fairly Cheap Rooms were not properly cleaned. TV buttons greasy, chairs stained, beer bottle left under chair and toilet not flushed upon arrival. Generally the hotel was poorly maintained with paint and walls chipped and stained. Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. Sliding entry doors blew in the wind. Bathroom door in room did not shut properly. Toilet did not flush easily. Bath tub was ridiculously shallow. Half of the power outlets did not work. One of power outlets did not have a cover. One of three lamps did not work. Beds were hard as rocks and so were the pillows making it very difficult to get a night's sleep.

Price for what I paid for was fair. Room and pool were not clean. Front desk took long for check in and out. Was refused clean towels for my room by housekeeping.

Easy to get to. Staff were accommodating. Neat and tidy. Relatively clean considering the age. Still had leftover smoke smells and some patchwork walls in some of the rooms due to the age of the building. Nothing too bad though. The parking was terrible, we could never find a place to park and we expected to be able to park at our hotel with ease.

Breakfast, workout facility, pool, inexpensive Distance from city centre, smelly room, semi-unfriendly daytime front desk staff (afternoon staff were great), no compensation for having no hot water, electricity went out in room, party bars all around. I could deal with it all if the front desk girl during the day was actually more customer-service oriented. It's a 1 star hotel but good on the wallet.

The room was very small and everything was worn out. The hall carpets are dirty as well. The 'breakfast was in a dreadful room with beat up tables and chairs and looked more like a construction site lunch room than a restaurant. I went somewhere else to eat once I saw that.

The facility was clean and comfortable. It met our needs. The shower lacked water pressure and was cold. The breakfast was great but having something available like cheese or cottage cheese would be very helpful for the diabetic crowd.

I loved the price I recieved on the room for 2 nights. The staff was great, continental breakfast better then I ever had. The location was good. I didn't like the fact that the front desk called shortly after we were to check out. Everything else was good. Will definently go back
