It's our second time staying there, the staff are very helpful and friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again love it.

rooms were not cleaned each day and we run out of towels. front staff did not seem to care.

Liked being able to leave vehicle there while flying out. Liked shuttle service excellent driver

tv remoted was taped up and didn't work. Staff did not interact politely. I arrived, pre booked at 3 pm,but front desk lady would not allow us to have a room on the upper floor. Room was too hot all night and couldn't sleep. Even the AC wouldn't cool it down and it was below freezing outside. Breakfast was pitiful, and while eating it, the laundry door was open making that room super hot too. Just a very bad experience all around. Stayed there last year and was much better then...Too bad. Wont be stayin there again.

I booked through Booking.com. When I arrived at the hotel to check in there was no reservation in my name. This also happened to a friend the very same night.The Hotel provided another room for me but the rate was higher and instead of two beds there was one bed and one pullout. The hotel advertised a contintenal breakfast but none was available to us. The hotel had no eating establishments located within a reasonable walking distance after 9:00pm. It is unlikely that I will ever stay there again.

The cleanness. Very clean beds room staff were excellent. Easy access to shopping and everything you need as well as food. When leaving the clerk at the front desk was much kinder then the one the day before when I checked in this young lady when I signed out was very nice.

I did not like the front desk clerk when I went to check in to get my room she was rude and ignorant did not like dealing with her at all. Has a real attitude problem. I would have left immediately had I had a car but I did not since I was driven there by a Taxi or I would have for sure took a room in one of the other many hotels that were in the area...

Elevator did not work. Had to drag luggage up stairs. No help offered.

Staff is great, I stay there lots for business, and they have helped me out of a jam a couple times!

It was filthy and discussing. I had to sleep fully clothed on top of the blankets as it was so gross. You have to wear you shoes all of the time because of the filthy floor and the bathroom was dirty with hair and dirty toilet.

Although our booking.com reservation had been lost, they did find us another room. The breakfast was ok - in the same room with the hot tub. Good coffee

I had booked a room with 2 queen beds, and as they had lost our reservation, they claimed that they upgraded us to a bigger room - the room actually only had 1 queen bed and that barely fit into the room. It was extremely noisy - paper thin walls

Liked the accessibility to the International airport; the opportunity to book on line; overall good service and a place where We would book again.

Close and affordable to where we needed to be front lady Suki was very friendly and took interest in my sons hockey and how he did.

The pair of panties left on the hallway the hot tub was not filled or working. The continental breakfast left a little to be desired. For what we paid not sure it was worth the money.

Price was fair

Room smelled like stale beer. Toilet was dirty. Dresser drawers were dirty inside. Nightstand had drywall putty all over it Hairs found inside bed. Very unimpressed

That it was close to the airport and offered an airport shuttle!!!

certainly the price. staff were friendly, although there was no water in jacuzzi, the breakfast was good, alot of variety. close to plenty of shopping, we had medical appointments in edmonton for 2 days, and it made more sense to stay close rather then driving back to stettler, plus we managed to get in a little shopping.

The only reason I chose this hotel was to be close to the airport and it was. and the shuttle was fine.

it is very old and dated, never have seen a restaurant before with a hottub in it! Very noisy from the street, awkward elevator system to get to the second floor. The staff did their best but were confused about whose name the room had to be in, and how much the parking cost. Very meagre continental breakfast! pathetic really

Clean room, good service to airport

room air conditioner did not work....reported to front desk, they didn't care..had to leave my room door open, which is unsafe.
