The pool was good not the biggest but clean,and the lobby was very nice.

I found the rooms not to be very clean and the beds were wore out and caved to the middle.My boy that came with me that is 12 years old was discussed and wanted to go to a different hotel even.

Location. A short cab ride to the office. The room was clean but a few things had been overlooked.

Not impressed when I opened the curtains to find a empty beer can on the window ledge. When I pulled the covers back on the bed one pillow was only half in the pillowcase.

The bed's were uncomfortable.

The fact that we booked 2 rooms and when we got there, only one room was held.

Staff were accomodating, Even though your online booked me in with them a day early, the front staff said I was a day late upon my arrival, but the manager believed that it was a mistake even though I did not have my booking in my hand as it was in my car. He took my dates at face value and earned my respect immediatley...I Told him I would likely not book on-line again as this was my first experience and if he didn't believe me (and If couldn't prove the dates) I may have got stuck paying an extra night which would have made me leave. Continental breakfast was great.

I think the south location is in need of repair....as a hockey parent I have stayed in quite a few different places.... I found the building a bit awkward to get around and an example would be only one very small elevator often running into staff with large carts and you feeel like you are slowing down their day. Also,I was able to see into the laundry area as it is right near the elevator...A Suggestion would be to put in an elevator closer to the lobby....That said, I opted for the stairs 9 times out of ten so that was really a good thing.

The staff was friendly and it was close to places we needed to go.

The room we had was small for what it had in it.

It was only a short frive from places my friend and I wanted to go and see

They could use some new pillows

Price and respect of what I want

You could hear the sound of many people in the hallway, the room is quite dimly lit giving a dark side ...

The location and price for the room was very good.

-A wee bit more variety "eggs" in the Continental Breakfast offered. -Staff could give more genuine smiles, whole hearted laughter to be more friendly and personable to all their guests.

Easy access to town centre

The pillows need to be changed out....did not get a good nights sleep on those....

The location.

Uncomfortable bed. Cirgarette burn holes in blanket. Hairs in the shower/tub. Floor plan of hotel makes getting to your room a hassel. Peeling paint on bathroom ceiling. On a whole- very run down and in need of repair.
