I like the location

The whole lodge is like a big dormitory. The water coming out from the shower is like dripping out and really serve to save for the owner of the lodge. Drainage of the hand wash basin appear to serve the same purpose to avoid turning the tap on for more than 10~15 sec.

Location - right in the middle of highways on both sides - some landscaping would be nice! Noise - neighboring rooms were quite loud until 4AM, and were also occupying the parking lot Probably should fix the showerhead - the wall is rotting as a result!

Smoking Rooms

Smelled like marijuana and booze. My room had long black hairs on the sheets, stuck in the hair dryer. Burn holes in the curtains, stains on the walls and was very dirty. Pillows/bed was uncomfortable

First room stunk of smoke. While the hallway was stale with smoke for the whole trip, the stuff tried to spray air fresher but it wasnt working. Rooms are seperated by thin sheets of paper...you can hear everything. I did not feel safe as a young woman traveling alone there.

The water slide was good

The rooms were dirty and run down. It was hard to find.

the hotel was dirty, the walls were filthy as was the bathroom. The outlets didn't work nor did the lamps. the sheets were worn and thin, and the tables in the breakfast room were wobbly and broken

the beds were very small and hard! the water went cold very fast in the morning. the pool was very cold.

The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was VERY clean. The breakfast was simple but good and there was a good selection.

Location was good for us. The Super Nintendo was good for my son but not at 6.95 an hour.

Had ants in the hallway. Beds and pillows were horrible. Bathroom door didn't latch. No lock on ground floor window. Carpet stained. Toilet was loose on seal. Drink vending machines were empty on every floor.

How they quickly solved the problem created by Booking.com (Booked room for two even though we indicated we needed enough beds for three people)

The room screw-up. And the heavy smell of cigarette smoke in every hallway, stairwell and the elevator.

I arrived at 10:00 pm after a 15 hour work day and my room was not ready.

I think I seen more cops there because of the drinking and drugs than I have ever seen in my life!!!! Never again will we stay there!!!

no trolley service

It was right across the street from the hotel our seminar was in.

We had a non-smoking room that smelled of smoke- even the towels. We did not find the room very clean either. The place is OLD & in BAD NEED of Renovation.

staff was friendly. Close to great restaurants and shopping.

Bathroom was too small. Hair dryer didn't work.

They quoted me $5:00 for an upgrade and then charged me $15.00 more plus more tax I told the person when we checked out but he did not care said they did not know what the original price was do we had to Pay what he said

Old and in need of a face lift. Not up to par with other Travelodges we have stayed at.

Housekeeping was very friendly and efficient. Pillows we're so comfy and hypo-allergenic.

Front desk, and breakfast staff needs to take interest in their guests, perhaps a nice 'Hello' once in a while. The beds we're incredibly uncomfortable, an extra blanket should mean an actual blanket not the first layer blanket they give out.

100 CAN$ deposit even at paying by credit card, non-sense if they can transfer money in case the deposit needed. There was no possibility to get invoice the day before the early morning (3.30 am) check out...
