Just off city bypass highway

The price was the main attraction. The location was away from City Center but in the middle of a historic district.

Rooms were nice and clean.

Staff was unorganized and not very friendly

Cleanliness

Desk clerk was rude, told us because we had dogs we would have to take a smoking room even though we had a confirmation with us that noted the dogs & was to be nonsmoking! It took some convincing so we did get a nonsmoking room, but the frig didn't work as well the A/C, a fan was provided in place of! The entire hotel smelled of smoke, so don't book there if your allergic to smoke!

We did not get what our booking said. Did not sleep much. On our floor only a few rooms at the far end were non smoking. Our room. Was not smoke free (surprise) The hillbilly entertainment at our supper was so bad that it was actually funny. We expected a classy hotel similar to tl Saskatoon, absolutely no comparison. The person at the front desk was unfriendly, did not believe we ordered a non smoking room with a queen bed and a couch so I had to prove it with a printout of the booking which. I had and even then we did not get a "smoke free" room and no couch, just 2 straight back chairs.

Their location was very convenient to downtown and the northern part of the beltway (Highway 16). We were hesitant because of other reviews but we ended up staying 2 separate times, as we found the room was clean and the hotel quiet. The staff was very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again, nor to recommend it. It is no 4-star hotel by any means, but it serves well as a base of operations for daytime trips, etc. There is a golf course and park with a great view of the river within walking distance

The surrounding neighborhood seems to have it's share of (seeming) transients and I would hesitate to walk around at night (it was fine in the daytime)

It was close to our event and it was priced well and it included breakfast.

I found it easy to get too from the hwy.

the air-conditioning did not work-very warm in the room

I wanted a non-smoking room, and the room that I got was smoke-free, and quiet and clean, and had everything that wanted and expected. The price was good, so I am happy about the value.

The restaurant has service and quality issues. Most of the food was good - though one morning one slice of the toast was moldy, but always the service was not good. both mornings I did not ever get my orange juice with the meal, it usually took forever to get a refill on coffee (one morning she asked if I wanted a refill just as I started to eat and I was well past finished eating before she came back with the coffee - or just to get attention from any staff. The first night I had the buffet and other than the slow service, the food was good, but the second night because of the slow service, I went somewhere else to eat. I could understand better if the place was full of customers - but there were never that many customers.

The price was right here. Internet service was reasonable and the room size was good. The flat screen tv was nice to have and room was clean. This is the second time I've stayed here and it is a good deal for the money.

The cleaning products used left a strong chemical odor in the bathroom upon my arrival. It gave me a headache so I had to open the windows to air the room out.

It was close to the airport

Even though we paid a pet fee, we were forced to stay in a smoking room. It was disgusting. I have severe asthma and couldn't breathe all night. I told the front desk guy this seeing if he could make an exception as we would only be there for eight hours but he simply shrugged his shoulders and said since we had pets we had to stay in a smoking room. As soon as we walked into the hotel all we could smell was cigarette smoke. Nasty. Next time I certainly won't be booking the cheap hotel. But I don't feel 134 dollars was cheap for being forced to sleep in a smoking room.

J ai réservé cet hotel pour sa proximitée avec le travail que j avais a faire a Edmonton.La premiere nuit j ai eu l impression que y avais un party de claquement de porte dans ma salle de bain,la deuxiemme nuit vers 23h30 on frappe a ma porte mais pas comme un amis le ferais plutot comme si c etais une descente de police ....avec insistance pour finalement voir apparaitre l agent de sécuritée de l hotel qui voulais vérifier si j avais un invité avec moi !!!!! Apres que je me sois plaint au bureau d acceuil ca s est calmé. Mauvaise experience

Low cost, relatively clean for the price.

They charged extra for a pet, that was not stated when booking. The continential breakfast was dismal. The tv was not in service the last day I stayed there.

Stifling hot.window was screwed shut.dirty.coffee machine didn't work.hair dryer didn't work.not worth the price
