The customer service people were rude and cheated me out of money they were supposed to credit me. The room was way too small. The bathroom was made for someone who is a kids size. The towel, sheets and walls all had stains. |

Proximity to Chinatown, Downtown, Venue of my Conference and Old Montreal Yes, I found two mites in my room ... although it was generally clean. The presence of mites made me feel the room wasn't as clean as it should be. |

It is a good clean honest and basic hotel. Definetely no frills, but an excellent location for all city centre attractions and transport facilities and perfect for the sightseer or business person who wishes a room just for sleeping. The air conditioning, heating was a little on the noisy side. |

Staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke good English and French. The Continental breakfast was good. Although there were still other working lights in my room, I needed one new light bulb after 10 pm. The staff member did try to find one, but called back to say the area they were kept in was unavailable (locked). Try to have some bulbs left out after the regular staff goes home. |

For the price we paid the value was good. It included breakfast vouchers for continental breakfast, which other hotels didn't offer (for the same price that is). The location was great- right downtown, with easily accessible locations on foot or by taxi/subway. The only problem was the parking garage had a very steep incline to get out, which caused my car to rub on the bottom causing damage to my exhaust. I would recommend not using the underground parking garage. There are plenty of areas to park close by for near the same price. |

A good city centre hotel for the price. I'd happily stay there again, next time I'm in Montreal. |

It was convenient for central areas of Montreal and the Jazz Festival that was one of the main reasons for the visit. The canteen atmosphere for breakfast. |

The location of the hotel is very close to many things. The hotel is clean, hotel staff is ok. The breakfast is great and the room got wall-mounted LCD TV The room size is very small, it is like you find the bed very close to room's door !! The bed mattress is hard and not comfortable, noise from the fan of heating air-condition, small bathroom, shower is like 1mx1m. You feel the rooms are designed for student stay. Price does not match services/facilities. If you stay for one day it is ok, not more. |

Convenience to Old Montreal, China Town and Catherine Street & Area. It was fine for me, my wife would have liked to have had a bath tub though to relax. Room was a bit small, but for us it was only a place to lay our head at the end of the day. |

breakfast was something, much better than the other Montreal hotels of similar prices where they only give a muffin and a bad coffee. Here was much nicer. We asked for letting the car after the checkout for some hours and they kindly accepted, very nice detail. |
