The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good but my husband did pay a little extra for the cooked breakfast. It was close to shopping and other facilities. The shower was very small and a glass door might help. We had to park the car ourselves and as we are visitors to the city it might had helped if there had been valet parking.

Location, personal, cleanness, rooms, friendly for all Horrible breakfest - no cheese or bacon or vegetables - only banana and bakings and tea from teabags. Very noisy and annoying condition in room and bathroom blower.

Liked the location as being easy to get to and central to shopping, transportation and restaurants. Parking was reasonable and had In/Out Privileges. Reasonably priced with Complimentary Breakfast on-site in our package. All staff we came into contact with were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room had a balky door-handle (it looked as though the handle on the outside was disconnected from the handle on the inside) and the electronic key cards were affected by this problem. We appeared to be the test cases for a maintenance problem solving issue. Not fun when one is constantly going from a room that would not unlock to the front desk to get the key-cards re-keyed.

Location was amazing, one block from Centre des Arts that is where we were going for a show. The rooms are so small, the shower is so small and the towels are so small too... The continental breakfast croissants were not fresh.

The receptionists were very professional, helpful, and friendly. They gave this sort of ordinary hotel a lot of class. The continental breakfast was delicous and had a lot of variety. The room and the bathroom were very clean. Inside the elevator, I didn't know what button indicated the first floor. I figured it out by trial and error. A sign with "Main Floor" might be put by that button along with the abbreviation.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable quiet room At check-in, even though the room was pre-paid, I was asked for $100 deposit -- either cash or credit card payment. My card was charged a $100 and then given credit for the amount on departure. Shameful, disgraceful practice. I have traveled extensively and it was the first time a reputable hotel has done this. The only way to avoid this is by not going to this hotel at all. I will be writing a letter of complaint to the company that owns this hotel chain ! And the worst thing about it all was the attitude of the person checking us in, when I dared question the practice.

I didn't like ANYTHINg about this hotel. All the rooms are VERY small and you can't even get into the room with baby stroller. Since my room was non refundable when I booked it I ended up booking another hotel acroos the street with much much bigger rooms and just paid to Travelodge for nothing. View of my room was sucks. It was in first floor with very poor view to Chaina Town. As I said room was Very small. Stand up shower. Very dirty. No parking in front of hotel fo checking in.

It was in a good location, close proximity to Ste. Catherine Street, & Metro stations. We paid in advance for our room. Nowhere on Booking.com or the Travelodge Montreal Site; did it disclose any information about requiring a deposit for incidentals. I have stayed in many hotels, & I know that typically they will take your card information so in the event that something gets broken they can charge it. But a $100 dollar hold was placed on our card which royally screwed up our funds for the weekend. We prepaid for a reason, assuming it was all set & no deposits would be required. Plus, when we asked the woman at the front desk she said that nothing was being put on the card, and then swiped it and handed us paperwork to sign saying that they needed a 100.00 deposit... Was not pleased. Plus charging $20 for parking!? That seems outrageous for one night. We already paid money to stay at the hotel, as a valued guest people should be able to secure their vehicles free of charge.
