Great staff and location.
Would have liked a larger bed/room. But it was a last minute booking and the staff was amazing!
no fridge in room
Wifi. Staff. room.
Breakfast could be improved : only one choice of cut fruit, pomelos were like at the market. No cheese. No vegetable. Maybe add more variety, less diairy, things for people who don't eat diairy....Bathroom has to be improved : plastic curtain in the shower !!!!!!
Friendly staff, very helpful for restaurant tips.
not much, generally good.
Staff was good and wifi worked well.
Having some sort of an alarm go off 7-8 times a night for 2 of our 3 nights was not very pleasent. But we did get a 10% discount for two nights. Said that they probably could do more if I didn't book through booking.com. why I don't know. Also Wish there was a couple more choices of breakfast foods..but it filled a hole
near to everything: downtown, Chinatown, transportation, restaurants, and old Montreal.
Great location. The breakfast was good
Construction going on in the building. Little loud at times.
Construction workers started drilling 7 in the morning everyday.
Cheap tasteless breakfast. Get better bread. Get real butter. Grapes are a fruit but no selection.
Free wifi and continental breakfeast
Tiny rooms. 4 people would be a very tight squeeze in whats considered a room for 4. All rooms had the smell of smoke.
It was conveniently situated.
Renovations on multiple floors including the one directly above me from 7am to 7pm which resulted in me asking to move room. Very surprised that I wasn't informed of renovations prior to booking or even at check in. The included continental breakfast is poor. The whole hotel is tired, old and unappealing.
Shower, small room, water faucets
Been there several time and it's always quite good, good location, affordable prices, correct ammenities
Very close to everything. Excellent breakfast.
They don't have enough parking, had to park 3 blocks away. Rooms are rather small.
Before we went to this hotel, i expected at least it would be satisfactory by reading those comments that others wrote, however, the two nights stay left us a terrible impression, from all perspectives. I won't be back nor recommand to anyone
well placed in the city Personnel really well trained
hairs on the towels the heater was on and off noisy poor choice of food for the breakfast
Not a thing
Charging us twice
friendly staff good location to activities in old city clean facility nice eating area available
breakfast carbs only no alternative for wheat intolerance no protein, husband had fruit and yogurt I had coffee only
The breakfast buffet and the breakfast room and service were good. The location close to the Place des Arts is great.
The room was surprisingly small with two single beds stuffed in. We we asked if we could upgrade to a larger room, we were toldthat all the rooms were tiny and all were full though a person who worked there said that there were many fewer guests than in summer.
The only thing good about this hotel is the central location and the free strong Wi-Fi signal
The hotel is seedy, tacky and the rooms are not very clean or well kept. The beds are uncomfortable the bathrooms are small cramped and dingy. The carpets in the room and nasty. The staff were not particularly friendly or pleasant. No value for the money spent. The room was expensive considering that it was so ugly. Will definitely never be staying there again
Cheap, clean and really close to a lot of good night clubs
Hotel as pretty loud at night with a lot of young people staying there but being in the club district around New Years, this was expected
Good location easy to find.
Very poor beds. No control over other guest partying in hallway throughout night.
Location is good, stuff is professional.
The bed is not that comfortable, the room is small, the air conditioning is very dry.
