Location and breakfast room.
Parking is not free. The room is tiny and the bathroom is very small.
Cleanliness Friendliness of staff Comfort of bed
Shower size - perhaps using a curved shower bar would allow for more room in the shower - I am only 5.5 ft, 140lb Room size a bit too small, unable to do Yoga during my stay
very near to the old city
The location because is very close to everything you must see at Montreal. Port, churches... And shopping.
The room was TOO little, breakfast was very poor and it was expensive for what they us.
The room was very small but we were only passing through so it was ok for one night.
We had to change rooms because the first one had ants in it.
llocation was ok
small room very dated no service breakfast was terrible
Breakfast was good. Comfy beds.
Slow Wi-Fi. Small rooms. Poor ventilation.
Right downtown. Super close to old Montreal
Breakfast was poor
Parking is limited yet we parked across street in a secured underground garage for only 10 bucks !!! Cheap !!! Stay was close to our favorite stores and restaurants plus metro public transit
Room was small breakfast no refrigerator in the room expensive
location is convenient
cramped, worn room no parking on premises terrible "breakfast" with stale bread at least one snarky staff member no value for the money
The location is ideal close to bus station, railway station and gateway to old Montreal. There is hardly match for location. In the last two days, we stayed at 11th Floor which is excellent
Initially we stayed in 3rd floor, rooms are small and bath room WC was leaky and choked. The internet is very slow. The bed covers were not clean rather blood stained. The breakfast is ordinary without any hot dish.
Booked a queen room and the bed I got was a double. Two people can't fit confirtably
Booked a queen bed and got a doulble two people cannot fit on this size bed
Breakfast Wi-Fi very slow
Air condition was not working properly
Everything ! Room was tidy and cleaned everyday. The staff was very kind and promptly responding to all requests.
They are very busy in the reception all the time indeed. Maybe they are short staffed?
excellent staff. courteous. helpful.
though described as montreal central it was not central. the taps in the sink would not suit elderly or those without strong muscle power in their hands. the shower was another issue. i had to get special training from the housekeeping staff!
Room. Very smal
Downtown hotel with good parking.
overall a good experience.
double room a little smaller than expected
Location was great, and room was clean but that was all that stood out. The mini muffins in the breakfast buffet were tasty though.
Hotel staff did not bring us towels, had to call twice to finally get some. Rooms are small, mattresses are uncomfortable, and the complementary breakfast is lack luster at best. There was not much choice at all.
Clcose to Palais des congress
Only 2 towels for 4 people
The room was very small
Very small room specially the bathroom was suffocating will never stay or recommend
The room and bathroom
The room was small, but we knew that from a previous stay. We've stayed in one of the 4 stacks (bunk room) before they are small for 4 adults, but for the price, this was a great deal. We were looking for price over comfort so we didn't expect a lot. Cleanliness was key, and this room was very clean, the bathroom spotless and as we were not planning on hanging out there we were fine with the room being small and with minimal comfort. If you've stayed in a hostel, you'll be fine with this type of room. Within walking distance of Old Montreal.
Mattresses are a little hard and college dorm like. If you are really tired after a busy day, not a huge issue. My only real complaint was that the kind of average pastries would have been much improved had they been heated a bit. 10 minutes in a hot oven guys, that's all it would take. The breakfast itself was not bad though all things considered.
