Good dark curtains, quiet with a nice breakfast

Although my negative was the location was a little out of town, we were only there one night and the location to what we needed was great.

It is a little out of town for walking.

My son and I were there for a hockey camp and it wa speeder for that. Having a fridge and microwave is essential for us and the rooms were clean

New comfy beds,

Overall feel of the place, odd odour never left our bathroom during our stay. I think they're removating rooms, ours was an older room

We were recommended to visit the White Spot next door for any meals &would receive 10percent discount.The meal and service was horrible. At checkout we forgot to tell thepeople at the desk. Maybe they are not aware of what they are recommending

gave us an upgrade to a different (bigger) room at no extra cost, wide variety for the complimentary breakfast, nice to have a restaurant close and to get a 10% discount for your meal. Will stay there again.

would be nice to have a bigger breakfast room, but other than that, every thing was good

They did not roc use soap, shampoo and cream which I expect now on my hotel/motel visits.

Room clean and updated.

Housekeeping never cleaned my room, refreshed my linens or replaced my towels and coffee supplies in the 2 days that I was there. Also, I had approval for late check out but was harassed by the front desk staff once 11 am arrived.

Close to the marina walk way. Good dog walking area.

Where do I start? The rooms are miniscule. We did one of those double takes where you open the door and think, "this can't possibly be all there is" but it is. There is maybe 20 inches on one side of the queen bed and barely room for a chair on the other. Its a squeeze and for $110 a night w/taxes, I expect a helluva lot more. There was college sports team staying and they made such a racket until 4:00 am that we couldn't sleep worth a damn. I got maybe 3 hours of sleep. The hotel manager seemed helpless to stop it. I complained the next day but was refused an adjustment on the bill which I thought was the very least they could have done. I have never stayed at a hotel where the guests were noisy and partying all night. I would call the hotel management unresponsive. They said they were sorry but refused to compensate me. I wouldn't stay here again on a bet.

the reception folks were excellent...wonderful cheerful, helpful, friendly staff...

the sound of water pipes running all night long... things look run down and badly need an update.

Staff were pleasant. We were able to check in early and go for a long bike ride prior to actual check in time. Parking lot was clean (other than renovation furnishings), check in/out staff were helpful, and location was very central for our purposes.

Renovations were underway with many items stacked very close to the hotel entrance. The hotel units and finishings are 'tired' (dated) but the staff do an above par level of cleaning and maintenance given the age/condition of the facility in general.

We are usally satisfied when we stay there which is often under different names before we became married

We asked for a upgrade because we wanted to be on the other side because it was a beautiful day and the sun was there and we asked if we could be on the second floor or third because they were not busy there that night and the girl at the front desk said no because there was more than one bed in those rooms so what we stayed in them many times and would have paid the extra dollars. Are room also was short in kleenex and toilet paper we had to go asked for these items thankfully a man from the breakfast room helped us

Rooms not insulated very well, can hear a lot of surrounding noise.

We love the respect we get from the staff. The personable service and concern for our comfort and well being.

The staff were friendly and its close to downtown. The bedding is nice and there was a flat screen tv in the room.

Sooo noisy and the bathtub had some stray hairs in it...ewww. The bathtub took a long time to drain and it is very old. I told the staff when I left and they said it would be taken care of. The room I was in looked directly at an apartment building across the street so needless to say it was not very private

Room was smelly and not as the pictres made it look. There wasva fight in the hallway outside my room at 230am Would never stay again

I really appreciated the fact that we were able to check-in earlier than their reguarl check-in time.....plus we also got a late check-out time.

The staff called my room after I checked in to ask if everything was to my satisfaction. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

You could here doors opening and closing of neighbouring rooms.

The room and hotel were mostly clean. However, the carpet in the room was stained with what appeared to be body fluids and the spare blankets were definitely contaminated. I will probably not use this hotel again.

Everything was great! Slept awesome, which is sometimes rare at any hotel...didn't hear any noise from other rooms, or in hallways. Really clean and affordable!!

All was good and will stay again........
