Rooms were execellent, staff good at all times of the day and night, easy 10 minute walk to station (we were on the ViaCanada train from Prince Rupert to Jasper).
Staff very helpful, condition of room was excellent (very well refurbished), location good (easy walk from train station), good breakfast.
walking distance to everything we needed
Rooms were clean and laundry services.
Location of property
We stayed only one night and there was no wi -fi , no heater was working , no coffee machine was working . We informed the front office as soon as we checked in. But no use.... Waste of money
great location, good bed, good price
trucks in a tight parking lot
We stayed here on the way to and from Prince Rupert. Exceptionally quiet rooms with very comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast with great choice of muffins, breads, cereals, yoghurt and fruit.
6 block walk from train but doable. Neighborhood not exceptionally well-traveled or lit.
rooms where clean, staff was friendly, good location, nice size working desk in the room, windows that open, Gold's Gym was very close and they gave me a free weeks pass
no workout room; locking of outside door around 11.30pm so that desk staff needed to let you in; parking was tight; elevator was slow; morning breakfast offering a touch less than expected
I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel I travel a lot and this was my first time in Canada and I was so impressed and relaxed so stress free after along ferry ride and drive to Prince george bc the town made you feel like home so helpful and nice I plan to visit again
I wish I could have stayed longer
Comfy bed and pillows. Overall clean and tidy. Staff was great! Quiet room.
Obviously an older hotel - but has had some renovations - unfortunately our room was needing renovations. Small bathroom badly needs an upgrade - tub taps, tub edges, tub bottom horrible - I would never have a bath in the tub!!! Peeling paint by toilet paper dispenser and virtually no bathroom vanity counter top. TV needed a taller cabinet - we had to move the TV on top of the microwave to see it from the bed. Our son also had a room on the same floor but down the hall and theirs had obviously been nicely renovated. Their room was significantly larger than ours and the bathroom totally redone. Their room was the same price as ours. They were happy, we were disappointed.
Lack of parking for trucks, I got blocked it but was fixed quite quickly
Proximity to Conference Center Proximity to Restaurants Good Quality Breakfast Included
Very small Breakfast Room Elevator very slow
Clean and very comfortable beds, fridge, microwave in house coffee
Ridiculously cramped parking lot, huge overstuffed pillows
Comfort, location, free breakfast and staffs are excellent:-)
The noise of a big truck beside our room at 5am is not pleasing, otherwise it's all good!
Hotel was updated and had a good continental breakfast. Rate was decent and checking in and out were a breeze.
There wasn't much parking for oversized vehicles. The continental breakfast was in a hotel room on 2nd floor which caused alot of traffic by our room from 0630-0930 in the morning.
The continental breakfast contained a diverse food selection, room amenities were good, and the bathrooms were well stocked with towels, soaps, etc.
The room's tile floors looked clean, but quickly left feet very black. The room had an overwhelming odor from either the cleaners used or scented spray. Parking is very limited and tightly packed in a small lot. Facility is outdated and in an older part of town.
updated rooms were very nice.
parking availability at the front of the hotel was limited, and tight.
The playpen was gross
Our roomy bedroom was spotless and quiet. The continental breakfast included many options. An excellent start to any day. We highly recommend this central, downtown location.
THE PILLOWS IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE AN WAFFER MAKER. SOME OF THE FOOD WAS TOO COLD
Easy check in and the location to downtown Prince George was excellent.
Clicking sound in the heating system in my room kept me awake at 3am.
Shower head did not work
We arrived late off the train, but staff quickly checked us in to our room which was clean, comfy and well equipped. Much better than the UK equivalent! We had an early start, but breakfast was available and our taxi turned up on time to take us back to the station
Helpful staff especially as we had the big U-Haul to park. Nice breakfast too.
Not so much a didn't like as a be aware this is well away from the main through road and the immediate area hasn't loads to offer.
Nice, clean room, walking distance to some nice restaurants and bars, simple but ok breakfast included
Prince George itself, so nothing the hotel can fix
