location was ok.

had to pay to use down stairs computer. rooms were too close to each other. loud hallways for people that was checking out. didn't have any high level room floors for standard visitors

Casey's Bar and Grill

Hotel, needs a lot of maitenence. Furniture missing etc. Just getting "very tired" it is. I used stay here some time ago and was very disappointed when I returned. The Parking Lot system would be enought to keep me away> No one gets in without taking a ticket. Just very inconvenient.

Good position near airport and with frequent public transportation, though no information was available at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

A very pleasant stay. Our second in two months. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fresh,clean, and comfortable. It met all our needs for an overnight in Toronto.

It was the cheapest hotel in area. We got in very late for an early flight. The shuttle to airport was a bonus,since my wife was not going with me she was able to take shuttle back to hotel,which was very convenient. Thanks

Didn't realize the bed was so small, we'll get a bigger one next time.

The large bed with many pillows was nice.

On both checkin and departure the hotel staff had their heads down and avoided eye contact but was not busy. The rooms were stale and stained and needed an upgrade. The heater didn't keep the room warm and the night was freezing. It was ok, but if I had to pay full price I would go across the street to all the other hotels .

We arrived late and left early due to our flights, so did not see much of the hotel. Our check-in and check-out was quick, the room was clean and comfortable, the shuttle was excellent, as was the location, close to the airport. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Well, the staff, the location for the purpose of the trip and the gymnasium.

The proximity to the Best Western where my conference was. The restaurants near by were great.

The website indicated, with a beautiful picture, that there was a hot tub on site. There was not. In fact it was broken and has not been working for ten years. The pool was cold. The shower had not been cleaned sufficiently and there was pubic hair in it. Being beside the airport one had to listen to constant planes taking off. I guesse the walls are too thin as the hotel across the street did not have that problem. There was insufficient parking.

Lower price

I did booking with booking.com but when we got there they told us we have no booking and they also don't have the same room available which we booked for so they gave us lower type of room with same price which we did not like. I was so pissed off. If ur going there please make sure they have your booking before u go there.

I was only there for a few hours as I needed a place to shut the peepers for a few hours. Was great as it was close to airport and had a pool which was nice. Also the keg was right beside there which was nice.

The hot tub was shut down and the sauna isn't work. Older facilities but for the price was a good stay.

That i had to pay extra for parking over night

the staff were all very helpful and friendly from front desk to receive you to the lady that did a great job keeping my room in great shape and clean. thanks

the swimming pool was cold and a bit too dark for my liking.

The Casey's staff were very friendly and the restaurant was super conveniently located.

The front desk staff were rude and snarky. The description of the hotel stated there was a hot tub but when we went to use it we were told it hasn't worked in years...like that justifies not having one. One staff member actually stated that we didn't know the difference between a hot tub and a sauna! Seriously? I don't know where they found these people but my suggestion would be restaff the front desk with people who want to be there and train them properly on customer service. I have diploma in Hospitality and Tourism and have been in the business for years. The service we received is a disgrace to the industry.

It was a great price.

I booked four rooms under my card for my family and it looks like the billing is all screwed up . Not sure who got billed for what room and if all the proper people were even billed I think I might get hit with extra rooms as they didn't process other family menbers names. I know when I got jhome and looked at my bill they charged me for the wrong room. I will have to wait for my cedit card bill to come in so I can see what I was charged. My brother was charged $181.00 then credited $181.00 on his card so he doesn't know what he is being charged . I am a little disappointed in this as we all give are credit cards to identify are rooms.

Quick service, easy, close to airport. Clean. Good bed.

Switching on the lights, one missing oe burnt out. Cold water,I guess a main break.
