Generally the hotel was well kept, and the room was clean. The location was excellent, near to the activities we were interested in. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Poor condition of ping pong table and equipment for its use was lacking. Otherwise the weight room was adequate. No free breakfast !

The staff was very friendly and eager to help. Very Lovely ladies! The hotel was very clean

Our room was dirty....the toilet wasn't cleaned and the bed hadn't been changed. First night was very noisy with kids across the hall. Their was a young lady with a dog in the lobby that barked non stop for over a half hour.

Nice room , comfortable bed, plus we were able to rent a movie which we have found that some hotels have stopped this option .

Great staff, dining service and cleanliness and condition of the guest room

Booked a room with a queen bed and a sofa. This was not available and it was not mentioned by staff at check in.

    Restaurant was excellent.

Elevator buttons...I Realize that sounds like an odd complaint, but I had to carefully hit the buttons squarely in the middle--if I hit a button off-center, it didn't always register. Also, the curved rod for the shower curtain was hung far inside the tub rather than the edge where the rod should be hung, so the effect was that the useful room inside the tub was smaller than with a straight rod. It's as though the hotel did not understand that the purpose of a curved rod is to keep the shower curtain further away from the bather.
