This Whistler Village hotel features an outdoor swimming pool and a hot tub. A spa tub and a gas fireplace provide added comfort in all rooms. Free Wi-Fi is included.

Score from 251 reviews Very good
friendly staff, cozy place.
cleanliness. disgusting downstairs
no where to dry boots and clothing.
We met a lot of new and interesting people.
We couln't find blankets or pillows and had to borrow some people's.
Basic accommodation. Price is right. Prefer the hi hostel.
No tv during the Olympics although the web site says there is a tv.
disgusting! Super hot, bathroom stalls so tiny, have to lean way over the toilet to close the door. So noisy ALL NIGHT.
Most of the facility was pretty dirty.
Great sauna to chill out in, cozy living room. Awesome staff on reception, thanks Maxim you were ace!
You're closing soon! :-(
Living Room with arcade games, snooker, cards, lots of fun Cooking space
Too little privacy Toilet is clean but floor might be wet in times
price is pretty good. it's not so easy to walk up a hill with your ski gear but might was well do it when you are young. living room looked like a library everybody was dead quite. lol
wifi only available on common room. they don't allow shoes inside but the restroom was quite dirty at the men's room. :(
Staff were friendly & helpful. Price was good. No issues with Wifi The system for sorting your food was well-organized.
Fridge was filthy. Walk from the bus stop to the lodge was long & all uphill. While carrying a bag that is not convenient.
Had a really nice vibe to the place, everyone was hanging out having a good time
the french canadian gentlemen at the desk I was hoping for a long term number of booking for the ski season but have second thoughts now!
guests jumping on the floor above my room wi-fi was on and off and the tv was not working. I think that as a guest I would expect the bed to be made for the cost of the room!
The staff is kind and nice The hot tube and the sauna are propitious The kitchen is big and adequate
Is cold The space in the common area is not organized and the games and movies are old
you can only charge your mobile or laptop or whatever in the common room or at the front desk
Good value for money. Big, clean kitchen. Hot tub and sauna! I read negative reviews before I stayed and people mentioned there being alot of rules and security cameras everywhere. From my experience, there are no rules. The only ones I can think of are: 1) no alcohol or glass in the hot tub (completely fair) and 2) no outdoor shoes inside (hardly unreasonable). I'm glad there were cameras near the charging stations because, frankly, who wants their iphone being stolen. Saying that, I felt very safe there. The location is good in regards to that there's a bus at the bottom of the hill (be wary of the steepness of this hill if you don't travel lightly!) which goes twice an hour and takes around 10 minutes. Taxis cost around $10 to get into the village which isn't bad...especially if you find some others who want to come with.
That the bedroom windows had no curtains or blinds - this made it freezing in the night and also a lack of privacy. The heating seemed to go off in the night and obviously this is when the temp drops (I slept with 4 layers on and 3 huge blankets). Rooms are divided by a thin curtain, not a door... so this adds to the lack of privacy thing but you can just get changed in the washroom. There aren't power sockets in the rooms so this is mostly all done in the common room. Which is annoying.
I liked the overall vibe and how it had an open area.
I had canceled and then rebooked our reservation and then they called me to confirm that I was staying. However, when we got there (after skiing all day and being exhausted, especially because the closest bus stop is at the bottom of a hill) they could not find our reservation and realized that they had cancelled it. The whole place was full, as was everywhere else in Whistler, otherwise we would have gone somewhere else. So, they gave us the option of sleeping on two emergency beds for full price and a couch upstairs for free. This was not ideal considering I had booked so far in advance, but we didn't have a choice. We went out for dinner and drinks and then when we came back we went to get pillows, sheets, and blankets from the storage room, but there were none left. So, we had to sleep without pillows or blankets on couches all night and it was the worst nights sleep I've ever had. I will never be staying there again.
This is where I've made all my friends here in Whistler. I've had the time of my life here. This place is in a beautiful spot. It's a 5 min ride to the village on the bus.
Awful management! Ridiculous rules and rude!
Great vibe, great staff! Very clean. Lots of things to do. I had a very enjoyable stay!
Kitchen equipment was clean and good. Bed was very comfortable, good Internet connection, there is hot tub and sauna. Easy to get to the village by bus and the nature around.
Staff was not very motivated.
International Guests. Great Price.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean.
I Liked discovering the nooks & crannies of the place. It was great as a newcomer to arrive there, everyone esp. the staff were so friendly.
Very good experience for dormitory-style accommodation
Lack of privacy
